Kartik and Naira are living happily with their princess.God has sent Kia to Kartik and Naira as their own daughter because Naira had some fertility problem and couldn't become a mother, but Kia came so that the couple enjoy the joy of parenthood.Kia has grown up and has become 2 years old.

Kartik ends the call...grabs his car keys and drives towards the hospital

She asks teary eyed

Kartik and Naira look at each other and enter

Doc: Mr and Mrs Goenka....Kia ke paida hone par, doctor ne kisi bimaari ka zikr Kiya tha
Kartik and Naira look at each other as they don't know the matter
Kartik(teary eyed): Kyun kuch serious hai kya doc
Doc: Haan Mr Kartik....Kia ko brain haemorrhage hai aur ye uske paida hone se hai
Kartik and Naira are shattered,tears started rolling down their eyes
Doc: Aaj jab woh sidiyon se giri...woh ek accident nahi tha...brain haemorrhage ke wajah se use chakkar aaye aur phir ye Sab ho Gaya
Kartik: Doc aap kuch bhi kariye Lekin meri bacchi Ko bacha dijiye plz
He begged
Doc: We will try our best Mr Kartik...plz handle yourself

There from the window,a lady is seen hearing the convo and crying. She is

The lady smiles at their bond looking from the window and wipes her tears....
