What should've happened 7x20

Part 1

One-shot 7x20 after Alex was taken.

For a moment everything stopped Alex was being taken away and everything just came chasing down. I just broke down I couldn't take it anymore. I was about to fall to the ground when I felt a pair of hands grab me from behind and keep me from falling

"I..." I tried to say but nothing came out.

Before I even could respond my face was into his crest.

"Spence breathe." He said

I got out of his hold and looked up at him.

"Spencer I'm so sorry.." he said

"For...what.." I said still trying not to break down again.

"That I didn't figure it out sooner.." He said

"Toby..." I said.

"She kissed after she gave me that book..I should've known that it wasn't you and then she came to the cabin.." He tried to talk more but I cut him off.

"Let's just not talk about that.. because I'm holding every last drop of humanity I have in me not to go kill her." I said.

And without even thinking about it I put my hand to his face and he put his hand on my hand.

"You don't get to apologize to me Toby if anyone should apologize it should be me... I just got a twin but Toby you were just a little pun in all of this.. She used both of our feelings for another to get get to me." I said.

" I love you...I just wish I could've figured it out sooner..." He said.

"I love you too." I said kissing his cheek.

"Okay I just don't mean to cut off this little  love fest but can we get the hell out of here?" Erza said.

"Yea I've already been underground once I don't wanna live down here.. fun fact guys she was planning on keeping me down here for the rest of my life.." I said.

"What was she gonna do to Ezra?" Aria asked looking at me.

"It's better if I don't tell you."  I said letting go of Toby's face and taking his hand and walking forward to where everyone else was.

"Spence..." Aria said.

"She was gonna kill him... she said that he wasn't family and that he had no reason to be there.. she was gonna leave me down here to rot... while she went to live a life with you guys and Toby...but guys that's not even the worst of it..." I said as I went passed them all and started walking.

"What could be worse?" Hanna said.

"She killed Wren..she had this diamond necklace and she said that he always close by I literally went numb." I said

"Spencer I don't mean to sound mean but she was freaking crazy!" Emily said.

"Yeah she is.." I said and I turned around and looked at all of them and let go of Toby's hand.

"But how did you guys find out that I wasn't really me?" I asked.

"Jenna..." Toby said.

"What?" I asked.

"She said that she just got this vibe and that you didn't spell the same.. I don't know ‍‍and also something weird happened at the stables earlier "Bashful" went crazy he started kicking at you   I thought was you and then she ran off." He said.

"So pretty much a horse and Jenna helped you guys?" I asked.

"Pretty much." Aria said.

"When we go riding Toby remind me to give that horse a lot of love and Jenna I'll send her a thank you card in the mail i." I said.

"Really a thank you card?"Toby said.

"Yeah but now that I think about it I don't think there's a thank you card for saving someone from their evil twin but I'll figure it out." I said.

Then I started walking again until we got out of the underground hell I was probably gonna live in for the rest of my life.

"Sun and real trees can't tell you guys how much I missed real air." Ezra said.

"Same." I said laughing at his joke.

"Okay let's just get out of here." Hanna  said.

"Agreed." Caleb said.

Before I could walk anywhere Toby grabbed my arm and pulled me back and turned me around to face him.

"What?" I said looking up at him.

"She told me that she was happy for me and Yvonne and that I deserved this big beautiful love like the one in the book and I told her thinking it was you that I hoped that she would find it too... and she said that she hoped so too I looked at her thinking it was you with so much love Spencer I'm sorry and then she walked away and then asked me if she could kiss me...I should've known something was up...because you never would've done that right?" He asked.

"I was happy for you and Yvonne and I do want you to find this big beautiful love that's all true.. but no I would've never kissed you.. I mean Toby you were engaged about to be married... and it's not your fault she had all of us played ."I said.

"But Spencer... you don't understand..." He said.

"Understand what?" I said.

"I already found that big beautiful love... with you.."he said.

"Toby..." I said.

End of part 1 long chapter I know I'm probably gonna turn this into a story and I'll finish my one-shot I was writing let me know if you have any ideas for other one-shots!
