"Please just let me say this Spence.. I always loved you and I'll always will....I want to start over... I want to try us again... If you're up for it we will take things slow..but I love you Spencer and I wanna spend the rest of my life with you..." He said.

Without even thinking another second I jumped in his arms and just nodded my head.

"I hope she gets what's comin to her." I said.

"I used to know a girl who said hopes breeds eternal misery." He said.

"Yeah but she has it coming.." I said.

"Toby... I.." I said but before I could say another word his lips were on mine.

I was shocked at first but then I started to kiss him back.

"Toby.." I said catching my breath.

"Spence..."He said.

"Come let's get out of here I said taking his hand something I want to show you." I said.

We got in the truck and drove off. My hand was on the steering wheel while the other was on the sit and I could tell that Toby noticed that I was stressed because I felt his hand take mine.

"You okay?" He asked.

And without even thinking about it I pulled over and turned off the car and take of my seat belt and and put my head on the steering wheel and I could feel myself getting ready to cry.

"Spence?" He asked.

"I promised myself that I was done crying and that I wouldn't make myself a victim anymore because that's not who I am... after I thought you were dead I lost it... and I haven't felt that way in a long time but here I am.. feeling completely helpless feeling that the world is always against me...I mean things are have never been perfect but..I just don't know what to do anymore..." I said.

"Spence....look at me." He said as he moved closer to me.

"You're not a victim.. You are Spencer Jill Hastings the bravest person that I have ever known I can't even explain to you how brave you are... you have always been the one to protect the girls and even me...I mean you risked your life for the girls I mean Spence... you have a bullet wound to prove it.. and even when we weren't dating you always protected me... I mean you wanted me to leave town because you wanted me to be safe..." He said.

"And I just made everything worse.." I said about to break down again.

"Spencer... don't do that..."he said .

"Do what? " I asked with a lot of coldness towards him.

"Blame yourself for what happened to me or the girls." He said.

"But-" I said cutting him off but I couldn't get another word out because he cut me.

"But nothing Spencer.. everything that happened to you the last year wasn't your fault it was hers..she was the one that so obsessed with trying to get revenge that she forgot to live her life.. the way she should've been... yeas Charlotte wa her sister but if I'm being honest she had what was coming to her.. she deserved everything she got... she made all of our lives miserable she..put you in a dollhouse underground left you out in a rainstorm left you without food for a week...yeah she got the blame for killing my mom but she was still crazy and needed help same with Alex."
