Stiles and Emmeleia start over to Scott whose eyes widen upon seeing just what Stiles was talking about. "Okay, let's see this thing." Stiles tells Scott as he gives him a look that says 'I told you'. Scott nods both to the look and to Stiles' command. Scott puts his bag down and lifts his shirt, showing off the bite mark with the bandage on it. "Ooh." Stiles says.
"Yeah." Scott agrees.
"Ouch." Emmeleia mumbles as Stiles goes to touch it, but Scott flinches away.
"Woah!" Scott says, causing Stiles to pull away. "It was too dark too see much, but I'm pretty sure it was a wolf."
"A wolf bit you?" Stiles questions.
"Uh-huh." Scott says.
"No, not a chance."
"I heard a wolf howling."
"No, you didn't."
"What do you mean, no I didn't? How do you know what I heard?"
"Because California doesn't have wolves, okay? Not in like sixty years."
"Really?"
"Yes, really. There are no wolves in California." Scott looks at Emmeleia, who had been silent, but she just shrugs.
"I never heard anything." She says. "Sorry, Scott. It was also too dark to see. I never saw a wolf, just a black mass of something."
"Well, if you don't believe me about the wolf, then you're defiantly not going to believe me when I tell you I found the body." Scott says, causing Emmeleia's eyes to widen.
"Wait, really?" She asks.
"You-Are you kidding me?" Stiles asks.
"No, man, I wish. I'm going to have nightmares for like a month."
"Oh, god, that's freakin' awesome. I mean, this is seriously going to be the best thing that happened to this town since... since the birth of Lydia Martin. Hey, Lydia... you look like... you're going to ignore me." Stiles turns and faces Scott and Emmeleia. "You're the cause of this you know."
"Uh-huh." Scott says.
"Sure." Emmeleia shrugs.
"Dragging me down to your nerd depths." Emmeleia rolls her eyes.
"Uh-huh." Scott says again.
"I'm a nerd by association." Stiles says just as the bell rings. "I've been scarlet nerded by you."

"As you all know, there was indeed a body found in the woods last night. And I am sure your eager little minds are coming up with various macabre scenarios as to what happened. But I am here to tell you that the police have a suspect in custody, which means you can give your undivided attention to the syllabus which is on your desk outlining this semester." Emmeleia sighs as she looks the paper over just as phone starts to ring as if right by her ear, causing her to look around. Everyone is busy reading the paper and doesn't seem to hear it except Scott who is sitting to her right.
"Do you hear the phone ringing?" Emmeleia asks, causing Scott to glance over at her.
"Yeah, do you?"
"Yeah, obviously." The two frown at each other before listening closer.
"Mom, three calls on my first day is a little overdoing it." Scott and Emmeleia frown as they hear the girl pick up the phone, the two turn towards the window and see a girl sitting outside searching through her bag. "Everything except a pen. Oh, my god, I didn't actually forget a pen. Okay, okay, I got to go. Love ya." The watch as their super attendance walked over to the new girl.
"Sorry to keep you waiting. So you were saying San Francisco isn't where you grew up?"
"No, but we lived there for more than a year, which is unusual in my family."
"Well, hopefully Beacon Hills will be your last stop for awhile." The man opens the door of their classroom and Emmeleia can hear the girl's heart beating. Emmeleia and Scott exchange a look. "Class, this is our new student, Allison Argent. Please do your best to make her feel welcome." The girl goes and sits behind Scott, while he grabs his pen, causing Emmeleia to roll her eyes. She watches as he hands the pen to Allison.
"Thanks." The girl says as she takes the pen.
"Dork and creep." Emmeleia mouths, causing Scott to glare her way.
"We'll begin with Kafka's Metamorphosis, on page 133." The teacher says, causing Emmeleia to flip her book open.

The rest of the day passes quickly and Emmeleia is quick to get out of school in order to head to the mall. She really needs to buy all new clothes and the likes now that she hit another growth spurt. She has her credit card on her, so she is sure her mom won't mind her using that to buy all new clothes.
At the mall Emmeleia buys 5 new bras, two packages of new underwear, 7 new t-shirts, 5 new long sleeved shirts, 9 new tank tops, 7 pairs of jeans, 5 pairs of shorts, 5 new skirts, 5 new pairs of shoes, and a package of new socks. All of it came out to be like 100 or so dollars, but Emmeleia knows her mom can handle that with her doctor paycheck.
Emmeleia walks home and quickly changes into a new outfit, which is a pair of tight skinny jeans, a grey long sleeved shirt, and her leather jacket with a pair of black boots that goes to her knees. She heads down the stairs as she hears Stiles' jeep. Stiles, Scott, and her were going into the woods to look for the body and Scott's inhaler.
"Where are you going dressed like that?" Emmett asks from where he stands in the doorway of his bedroom.
"With Stiles and Scott." Emmett raises an eyebrow.
"What and have a threesome?"
"Ew, gross." She pushes him back into his room and hurries down the stairs.
"You look like a stripper!"
"And you look like an ass!" She yells back at him. "And I'm wearing jeans!"
"They look painted on!"
"Nobody asked you!" Emmeleia growls before heading out the door. Brothers are always a pain.
