This was originally a request by princessofiedq about two weeks back. However, they've so much as dropped off the face of the Earth, and I've been holding onto their cover for a long time.
I've now added in a new rule: if you don't claim your cover in time, I'll just make it into a premade. Rules for premades are the same as customized ones.
