Chapter One:
Louis' P.O.V.
I'm in deep shit.
I was late for lunch with Harry today, and, of course, I have the worst excuse imaginable.
I was with Eleanor.
Fuck, is he going to hate me for that.
She made me look at our dinner table. Yeah. Our dinner table. Asking me if this goes with this and that goes with that. I don't know! I thought black and brown could got together, guess not after the thirty minute lecture she gave me.
You see, Harry doesn't exactly like Eleanor.
He sorta likes me.
And I sorta like him back.
But I have Eleanor, and I like girls. Like her.
But it's different with Harry, it's like I don't think about me not liking guys or girls. It's just me and him.
I don't even know if I'm gay, bi, straight. I never actually sat and thought about it.
And I sure as hell don't have time to right now.
I run down the stairs of a hotel that the boys and I are sharing since this week started while putting on a blazer. Fuck, is he going to be fed up with me.
I slide into the cab that I called a few seconds earlier and I head to Olive Garden with me sweating in anticipation and worry. Shit, I hope he's not too upset. I hope to god he's not. He probably got there early to make sure everything was perfect and I screwed it up.
I'm such a fuck-up.
When we reach Olive Garden, I grab an American twenty dollar bill out of my wallet and tell the taxi driver to keep the change while I rush inside.
"Table for one?" A man asks eyeing up and down at my rushed appearance.
"No, I'm here for someone. Is there a man that asked for two? Curly hair? Tall? Probably with jeans and boots?"
"Oh, him. Yeah, he left ten minutes ago. He was here for about an hour, an hour twenty."
Fuck.
"Ok, thanks anyways." I say as I rush out the door. I reach for my phone and dial his number.
"What?" He answers in a harsh tone.
"Did you leave?"
"Yeah, I left! I waited for you for a good while! Where the hell where you?"
"Fuck, Harry..." I whimpered. I hated seeing my Hazza upset.
"Where where you?" He says between his teeth.
"With Eleanor." I mumbled hoping he didn't hear.
"You were with her?" He sneered.
"Y-Yeah."
"So, you chose to be with her than me?"
"It's not that easy, Harry."
"It's not easy? It's not easy? What's so fucking hard about saying you have lunch plans?"
"I'm sorry."
"You know what, Louis? Every time we have something, you go see her. You go to her. Why can't you just--"
"I love you." I blurt out.
The line is blank for a few seconds, but you can faintly hear his breathing.
"Come over." He says shakily and the line goes blank. I'm assuming he's at the hotel. By him at the hotel right now, I'm assuming he was there when I left. Well, that's just fucking dandy.
