There it was again. The same girl taking her hand and running from the onslaught of jeers from classmates. This time the girl said something.

"Run, Angela! Run!" She said.

Angela? Who is she? Im Gabrielle. Not...What's going on? Gabrielle thought as she sleepwalked again to who knows where.

The same girl who said for this Angela to run was now on the iron thing screaming in pain. Then the fire...NO! THIS CAN'T BE HAPPENING!

Gabrielle woke up hyperventilating and hearing someone say the name Angela. Angela?

She looked over to see Sharon and an unfamiliar woman with a haggard appearance. She once was beautiful, but now she was dressed in rags. Her hair was gray and matted. Her blue eyes looked at her hungrily, which scared her.

"You're safe now. No one will hurt you." The woman said. Her voice was raspy yet soft.

"Where's daddy?" Gabrielle asked in fear.

"He'll be here soon." The woman said and wandered away.

"Sharon, what's going on? How did we get here?" Gabrielle asked in fear.

"I don't know. I honestly can't remember." Sharon said. "I feel like I know the lady."

"Me too...it's so strange." Gabrielle said.

From a distance they heard an alarm blaring. They covered their ears and closed their eyes as the sky suddenly turned dark.

Panic. Stephen had felt panic before, but nothing like the sheer terror that his baby Gabby was missing.

He had woken up to see that Gabby was not in the backseat, Rose was not in the driver's seat, and Sharon was not in the backseat either.

He got out of Rose's SUV himself and started heading toward the town of Silent Hill, calling Gabrielle's name.

Stephen heard an alarm blaring and to his bewilderment, the ashy sky was turning dark. Before it was completely black as night, Stephen saw a little girl running and chased after her. He suddenly smelled burnt buildings and burned flesh.

He heard Rose screaming and rushed to the rescue and saw a horrible sight. Rose was being attacked by grey monstrous creatures and was screaming helplessly at them to get off.

Stephen threw his shoe at them and they turned, starting to come after him. Stephen instantly regretted that and screamed curses at them. Then suddenly, the creatures dissolved and it was light out.

"What the hell happened?!" Stephen yelled, on the edge of hysteria.

"I don't know, but we still need to find the girls," Rose said as she helped him up.

They walked to the edge of town and saw that it was blocked. No road was beyond it.

"Only the Dark Ones open and close the door to Silent Hill." A raspy feminine voice said behind the confused young adults.

Dahlia Gillespie eyed the young people after she had left Sharon and Gabrielle (Alessa and Angela?) alone to wander around her house. She didn't know them, but from the looks of them, they were bewildered and frightened, and desperate for help.

"Who are you?" Stephen demanded.

"We don't know what's going on. Can you tell us what's going on here?" Rose asked.

"We're looking for our kids. They're lost." Stephen added, a bit more gently. "We're afraid they're hurt."

"We've all lost our children. Our light." Dahlia said cryptically and bitterly.

Stephen furrowed his brow in confusion. So did Rose.

"They deceived me." The woman said in grief. "They're evil. Their hate...they hurt my children. They did terrible things to them. Alessa...Angela..."

Alessa?! Stephen thought in alarm. He thought back to the sleepwalking episode Gabby had. She had screamed this name.

"My daughter keeps calling that name 'Alessa' when she's sleepwalking. What does it mean?" Stephen said aloud to himself. He suddenly wanted to know.

But Dahlia eyed the pictures of both Gabrielle and Sharon and deliriously grabbed for them. Frightened, Stephen and Rose ran back to where they came-only to be stopped by the same police officer who had chased them earlier. They were both arrested and headed back to Brahms...or were they?

A creature who spat burning acid came upon them and while the officer named Cybil was distracted, Rose and Stephen ran back into the town to find answers.

They went into a school called Midwich Elementary and once they entered, they found that the school was eerily quiet.

"SHARON!!" Rose called.

"GABBY!!" Stephen yelled.

Meanwhile, back at the strange woman's house, Sharon was asleep, but Gabby couldn't sleep. She had a lot of things on her mind, and one of those things was to find her daddy and find Sharon's mommy. But the strange lady had insisted that she stay inside for safety. Another thing on her mind was how she knew Sharon even though the both of them had just met. It didn't make sense...she spied a picture on the dresser beside the bed she sat on and Sharon was sleeping in. She looked at it.

It seemed like she was looking at a mirror of Sharon and someone like her in different clothes suited for the era and their hairstyles were matching. They were both smiling in the picture.

Just who were those two girls? Why is the lady telling me and Sharon to stay here? How do I know Sharon? Gabby asked in thought.

"Those are my children."

Gabby turned and saw the strange lady observing her.

"You see child...the reason why I want you and your friend to stay inside is that there are people here with bad intentions. If they find out you're here...I don't even want to think about it." Dahlia said. "They hurt them. They did terrible things to them."

Gabby wanted to find out why, but decided against it. She put the portrait back in its regular place on the dresser.

Inside the dusty school, Stephen and Rose saw two desks scrawled with the word "WITCH" on them. Rose opened one desk. In that desk, there was a notebook and a broken pencil on top of it. On the notebook was a name that Rose read-Alessa Gillespie.

Stephen gasped in shock.

Could this have been the girl Gabby was shouting about in her sleepwalking spells?! It has to be! I'm sure of it! He thought.

Then he lifted up the other desk, and it was the same thing, only with a different name on the same type of notebook that he read-Angela Gillespie.

Then they heard a noise and chased what seemed to be two little girls in the same purple school blouse dresses down the school hallways and into a secluded bathroom. Weeping was heard from both.
