Always

"Harry, how can you say that?! Come on you know that I have a better voice than you!" I stand up trying to make a point. "How about you sit your ass down Payton, why dont we let Leslie and Luke chose?" Harry, and I both turn to look at them to see who they think is better.

Leslie opens her mouth to speak, "Well...I think...umm...umm..." She looks towards Luke for help but he's quieter than qiet, he just shruggs his shoulders not knowing what to say.

"Luke has a better voice!" Harry and I look at eachother and as if on cue, we start laughing at the same exact time.

We are currently at lunch, Luke and Harry are best friends while Leslie and I are too. We all hang out together, Harry and I are dating, while Luke and Leslie are dating. We use to have a big group but with the two couples in it I guess our friends just didnt like that we "ignored them" which isnt true.

"Okay fine I will let Luke win this one, but trust me...I will win this," Harry says to us.

I just laugh at how naive he is sometimes. "Okay if you say soo..." I smirk at him.

"Oh really?!" I look at him....I know whats coming, I run as fast as I could away from him.

We are all currently at my house hanging out like we usually do, but the houses we usually chose between mine or Leslie's mostly because our parents.

I looked over at Harry and noticed something was wrong. After lunch today he has been distant from the group and especially towards me. "Are you okay? Somethings bugging you, I can tell," he looks at me before deciding to answer.

"I...well...umm-"

I interrupt him anxious to know what hes talking about. "Harry hurry up spit it out!" I let out a lil chuckle.

"I am going back to london next week-"

I interrupt him, "Wait what?" How could he not tell me until now? He probably didnt find out until last week. "How long have you known?" He trys not to look me in the eyes, turning his head towards Luke and Leslie.

"Since last month," he trys to mumble it, but I heard him loud and clear. "Oh! So you decided now would be a better time to tell me?!" my voice gets louder and its only because I am really upset right now. "Payton, I didnt know how to tell you!" he says.

"Thanks for coming Luke and Leslie but I'm getting tired maybe tomorrow we can hang out," I open up the front door to let them out. "Okay yeah sure, thanks," Luke says, exiting with Leslie hand in hand. I wave bye to both of them.

"Payton, listen its-" he trys to calm me down because he knows how angry I am right now. "No I'm not going to listen, have fun in London. Now can you please leave," I hold open the door for him to leave I'm not in the mood to hear what he has to say at the moment. "Let me finish," he puts a finger to my mouth to quiet me, " I know it was dumb to tell you today I should have told you last month when I found out. I just didnt know how to tell you. The reason I am going is to see my mother and sister. My mom hasnt seeing me in a long time because of my father, but finally I am going to go see them. Im sorry." the expression on my face was shock.

I sigh "No im sorry maybe I should have been more understanding, its just that im stressed out Harry.." Its true, with college coming its exhausting. I havent told Harry the colleges I applied to because there far away from here in Los Angeles. My dream school is all the way on the other side of the country...in New York. I look up at Harry to see him starring at me. " Whats wrong?" he asks. "Harry, Im exhausted we should talk later." I havent even noticed how long I've been holding the door open for. "Alright, bye my love," he kisses me on the lips giving me butterflies like always. I pull away before it turns into something more. "Bye Harry," I shut the front door.
