Barry's POV
Me and Cisco walked into Jitters to get some coffe when I saw Marinette sitting at a table alone
"Hey do you mind getting the coffe?" I asked Cisco
"No" Cisco said
I walked over to where Marinette was sitting and sat down across from her
"Hey are you alright?" I asked her
"No" She said tears clouding her eyes
"What do talk about it?" I asked
"Not really" she said as her phone buzzed
"You should answer that"
"It's going to be Ayla but I don't want to talk to anyone right now" she said pulling out her sketch book.
"Wow those are some great designs" I said looking at them
"Thanks"
"Here's your coffe" Cisco said handing it to me
"Cisco this is Marinette she's a family friend from pairs" I said
"Hi" Marinette said
"I'm going to make a call real qiuck I'll be back" I said walking away from the table
I got my phone out and called Iris
"Hey Iris I need you to do something for me"
"Sure what do you need"
"I need you to call Ayla and tell her that Marinette is at jitters and she looks pretty sad" I said
"You know what let me talk to her I'm almost there and if I need to I'll call Ayla" Iris said
"Thanks your the best" I said and hung up the phone
I walked back into the jitters and walked back to the table.
"Who's that?" Cisco asked pointing to a drawing in Marinette's sketchbook
"That's Chat Noir one of pairs superheroes" Marinette said
"He's a cat" Cisco said
"Chat Noir means Black Cat" Marinette said
"Hey you guys" Iris said walking up to us
"You called her didn't you?" Marinette asked looking at me
"Yes" I said
"Barry can I talk to you?" Cisco asked
"Ok" I said
We walked away from the table
"I think we should take Marinette to Star labs"
"Why?"
"She knows about superheroes and I need help with your suit" Cisco asked
I guess we could use the help I said
Yes we do Cisco said. We walked back to the table and sat down
Hey Marinette do you want to see where Cisco works? I asked
Sure she said
Um..Barry what are you doing? Iris asked
We need her help at Star Labs I said
