And trusted on

That hurt, tears your soul
Into a thousand pieces.
When George first started screaming Bruce, Dick, and Alex had all three jumped up from their chairs. All three had moved over to the bed where George lay quickly and as they tried to wake her up or see why she was doing it she was unresponsive. When she started thrashing Bruce and Dick held her down. Alex was calling the nurse.
After 10 minutes she just stopped.....then with a jerk she sat up with a strangled gasp. The nurse had stepped in and asked if George was alright. George didn't answer just started at the closest person, Dick.
He responded to the stare "hey George are you okay?".
George then tilted her head to the side and with a odd haunted expression she said in a slightly whispery voice
"heaven isn't supposed to look like this"
she stated this fact in such a calm way that they were all taken off guard.
Bruce said," what do you mean George?"
And she answered in the same whispering voice "I'm dead".
