Chapter 1

Kellin

I never thought that this would be the day that I would die, I was just getting off a plane with my band Sleeping With Sirens. We were all gonna meet up at my house, Gabe and Jesse rode with me while the others went in there own cars, none of us expected that we would get hit by a hurricane. It was just a normal drive till Gabe and Jesse started screaming. I never got to look at them as my car was lifted off the ground and got crushed.
Time skip to 3 hours later

I woke up and groaned in pain as I sat up I yelped out in pain as my head hit a wall. I crawled away as I stood up trying to determine where I was o nearly screamed when someone tapped my shoulder. I turned around and heard a voice "find the stairs love, then you'll be able to get out" I looked around trying to find the source of the voice but sighed as I walked around finding the stairs 4 minutes later I felt around for a doorknob as I looked out. My eyed widened at the sight, I saw a beautiful living room in front of me with fancy looking furniture I walked out carefully. A man with red hair approached me " hello, my name's Matty you must be Kellin. Follow me" I tilted my head as I followed him wondering how he knew my name he lead me to a dining room where there were some other people. " sit right there" I nodded then made my way over looking away from everyone as they stared at me I felt my anxiety growing inside me, I sat down as Matty cleared his throat. " alright everyone this is Kellin Quinn. He's the leaf singer in the band Sleeping With Sirens, Jenna, Jamie, Tony, Mike, Vic, patrick, and Alan introduce yourselves please" they all simply nodded as Jenna went first.

" Hello, my name is Jenna I died here 3 years ago" I glanced at her and nodded I took in her features she was wearing one of my band shirts, ripped jeans and black converse with a beanie. Jamie went next " hi Kellin, I'm Jamie. I died in a car accident with Vic and Mike" I nodded again as I glanced at him as well taking in his features quickly. Everyone else had went except for Vic. He cleared his throat, "h-hi, my name is Vic, vic Fuentes. I'm Mikes older brother as you know we died in a car accident" I nodded glancing at him. I looked down not saying anything, truth is I knew who Vic and Mike were they went to my school before they died. Matty told everyone that they could leave he had Jenna show me my room, she explained to me that I died and know that inwas inbetween he'll and heaven while the people downstairs and upstairs decided where I go. I simply nodded as she left me alone. I sat down in the corner of the room pulling in my knees and hugging them. I didn't talk to anyone for at all I stayed in my room the whole day, until I heard a knock at the door. " hello? Kellin, may I come in?" It was Matty " stomp your foot once for yes twice for no" I stopped once.

He walked in leaving the door open. He smiled softly at me, " alright. Jenna has explained your condition and why your here, but now you need to socialize with everyone ok?" I looked at him and nodded as someone approached me I noticed that smug look immediately as I went into a full on panic attack, Oliver Skyes was in my life once again. Matty didn't know what to do nor did Oli, they both ran out and got Vic since Mike had this problem too. He looked at me and gently sat in front of me and took my face in his hands " breath, Kellin, breath" I panicked more Vic looked at me worry filling his face he got Mike as he looked at me as well whispering to Vic and handed him a bottle with some weird red stuff they forced it down my throat as I was immediately calm, I was back to normal as I slowly fell to the side. Vic caught me " I'll take him to my room, he'll probably feel more comfortable in there" he picked me up gently I rested my head on his chest as I started to fall asleep, he set me down on his bed gently and covered me up and sat next to me, before I fell asleep.

Vic

I watched over Kellin as he slept he looked so peaceful and calm o moved his hair our of his face his nose twitched ever so slightly as I smiled. Matty came in, " how's our new family member?" " He's good, he's sleeping perfectly" Matty nodded and walked out closing the door Kellin moved slightly as he rested his head in my lap. I blushed lightly remembering the huge crush I had on him back in high school, we were best friends him and I. The Only thing I hoped was that he could remember that.
