P R O L O G U E

In The Forest Prologue

I let my feet take me to places.
My vision blurry because of my tears.
Chest moving up and down as heavy breaths escape my mouth.
Absentmindedly realizing I was lost in a forest.

"I'm breaking up with you."

The 5 words being repeatedly said in my mind with the voice of the one person who said it echoing again and again.

"I'm breaking up with you."

Wanting to forget those words, I ran and ran until my feet couldn't function anymore.

Giving up, I sat under a tree, hugging my knees as I cry.

Everything was fine until this very day.

Authors PoV

Lee Hyeon Ju, one of the makeup artists of the famous kpop boy band, BTS, was, indeed, living a wonderful life until this very day.

She, once, was depressed but a certain boy changed her. This boy stayed by her side and never gave up on her. Her quiet and cold attitude became happy and cheerful because of him. He was the source of her happiness and she couldn't possibly imagine a day without him.

But he eventually got tired of her to the point where he just broke up with her.

What could possibly be worse than the man who build her up was the one who broke her down?

What could be worse?

Hyeon Jus PoV

I sat up off the ground under the tree I was sitting on, wanting to find a way out of here before it gets dark. And before I knew it, I found myself deeper within the forest.

It was getting dark and I'm still here, finding my way out then unfortunately, it started raining. I ran and ran desperate for shelter until I found an old castle in the middle of this forest.

With no choice, I went in the castle and wow is it beautiful compared to how it looks on the outside.

Why would anyone live in a castle in the middle of the forest though? Weird.
I shrugged the thought out of my mind as I felt as if this place was familiar to me.

I wandered around the castle looking for the people or maybe person who lives here. On the search, I stopped in front of a room that feels really familiar to me. I have a bad feeling but it's as if it's calling out to me, wanting me to come in.

Hesitating, I held the door knob with my heart throbbing as I twisted it. Pushing the door to open, I saw 7 men in the room but as soon as I checked again, no one was there. Making sure, I went inside.

I was walking around this room with a heavy feeling on my chest as if I've been here before.

There was chandeliers on the ground and one golden sofa in the middle. There were massive windows on the sides of the room and I went towards it checking if the rain stopped. But instead, as if I was dreaming, I saw me and a man chasing each other under the light of the beautiful full moon.

Why am I there?
Shrugging the thought, yet again, I turned around to a feeling of my name being called and saw pictures hanging on the wall. I examine the pictures and it was

Me and..

"Bangtan?"

As I whispered the name Bangtan, my head started aching. I groaned in pain as my hands were now holding my head. I tried to distract myself but I started getting dizzy with the pain. Soon enough, I was on the floor and everything turned black.

"I'm gonna be right back so don't worry, okay?" I said to an ill looking person laying down on bed. She nodded.

"Mom, I'm gonna get going~ Take care of Nayumi for me"

"Hyejin darling, be careful. There are a lot of evil creatures you can't even imagine exists in there."

"Alright~"

"This is where you should stop. Go further and your days will sure be counted." A man in black warned me.

"Oh my, my, my, what a delicious smelling human we have here."

Vampires?

"It's already enough that I let her stay here!"
"Hyung, I love her, I can't just let her go!"
"You

LOVE HER?!!"

I gasped as I woke up in an unfamiliar room. Not minding where I was at the moment, I thought about the dream I had.

The men in my dream. Bangtan? Why were they in my dream? Why were they vampires? Why was I in that forest again? Who was that girl? What's happe—

I got cut off by the door opening with the lady in my dream, the one who I called mom, went inside. She walked towards me and immediately hugged me.

"I'm so glad your awake." She sighed.

"Where am I?" I asked as she broke the hug and chuckled.

"Your home Hyejin, what are you talking about?"

Hyejin? The girl in my dream, that hyejin girl was me? How?

So how was the prologue? It might seem pretty messed up but soon you'll be able to understand. I haven't updated in a while, I'm sorry~ I've been having a writers block so I hope you are satisfied with this.
