ℓαѕт тιмє σи: мℓρ: тнє ωαя: "I think I'll have them in time." I say, then make my way toward the door. Tomorrow night is going to be to PERFECT.

That night, I tossed and turned in my bed, doubts swiveling through my mind. What if we missed our target? What if the police arrested us? What if we couldn't get tickets? It was very important that Applejack and I made it. I somehow fell into an uneasy sleep.

I'm not a morning pony. The sun was too bright, like Celestia was teasing us. No money and you can starve, but you have sunshine! What good is it anymore? Can't the weather team fix that? It's unfair to the rest of us.

I have half an English muffin with butter, thinking over the day. I'd have to go the store to get food soon, something I hate doing. Now, about the tickets. It was time to pay Rarity a visit.

----------------------------------------------

The good thing about Rarity is that she loves visitors.

"Octavia darling, get inside! It's raining!"

I step in. The place was fancy, just like the mare who owned it. The walls were silver. The floor was tiled with black and gold. Manakins placed across the large room, covered with elegant dresses. There a table with a sewing machine and a small fountain in the corner.

Rarity is rolling in money. She made it big as a designer, making dresses for movies stars and singers. She was one of the few ponies that had money to spare.

"Do you need me to fix your coat? I must say, brown is not your color. You look better in red or gold or black or-"

"Rarity." I cut her off. "Are you going to the musical tonight?"

"I wish." She sighs, pushing a strand of her mane behind her ear. "I won the tickets on the radio, but I can't go because this order must be finished-I'll work all night if I have to!"

"20 bits." I say.

She turns around, confused. "No, I won them off the radio."

"I'll take them off your hooves for 20 bits." I dig around in one of my pockets, pulling out some coins.

Rarity looks down at the coins, then up at me. "Are you sure? 20 bits is a lot."

"I'll take em." The white unicorn turns around and trots off into one of the hallways. After a few moments, she returns with the tickets. She gives the to me. I stuff them in my pocket. "Thanks Rarity."

----------------------------------------------

I make a quick stop at home to write a note to Applejack. It should explain the ticket. Then I put it in her mailbox. Soon, we'd be trying to shoot Trixie. How does one shoot someone in a crowded theater anyway?

I would have to leave my rifle home. Everypony was expected to dress fancy and I don't own any dresses with pockets.

Oh well. At least tonight, Applejack and I would get a criminal off the streets once and for all.

иєχт тιмє σи мℓρ: тнє ωαя: I shivered as the street lamp shone on my coat. Headlights, like a pair of yellow eyes biting through the darkness, zoomed toward me. "Applejack?"
