Dean unlocked the car with a clicking sound. Cas turned to open the passenger door, against Sam's will, and Sam settled for the backseat, frowning. "C'mon," whined Sam, "you're seriously letting him sit in the front seat?" Dean shrugged. "I don't have a problem with it."
Sam rolled his eyes quite furiously. "Why don't you two just elope already?"
Dean walked over to the passenger door, which Cas was climbing in, and kneeled down. "will you, I'm sorry," said Dean, wiping a pretend tear from his cheek. "Will you join me on our next mission?"
Cas, who obviously didn't get the joke, shrugged. "I assumed I was already going."
Dean stood up and shouted to some elderly people getting into the car "HE SAID YES!!!"
The old woman held hand to her heart and wiped away a tear.
Laughing, Dean climbed into the car. "Dude," said Sam in the backseat, "that wasn't funny."
Dean started the engine and pulled out of the diner driveway. "You know what, Cas and I are going to have our honeymoon in Hawaii. It's gonna be beautiful. Oh! You know what? We can rent a tiki hut or something!"
Sam punched Dean in the arm. "Dude, he doesn't know that you're joking."
Cas frowned. "Aww, you were joking? It sounded fun."
Dean turned to look at him. "Dude, honeymoon means getting married."
"Oh," said Castiel, frowning even more. "Look out!" Dean turned his head just as the semi crashed into the side of their car.

Dean woke up in a small room that blinded him with white. Once he finally regained the ability to see again, he sat up. From his quite revealing hospital gown, he could tell he was a hospital room. He pulled out the IV in his arm and walked over to the mirror.
His face was filled with cut and bruises that were bandaged up. In the hair next to him was a pair of jeans and his signature leather jacket that was somehow saved in the crash. He slipped on the clothes and walked outside.
He was greeted by a nurse, with blonde curls and a splatter of freckles on her face. "Welcome to the Wichita Hospital in Kansas. Your two friends are in those two hospital rooms," the nurse said, pointing to the doors next to Dean's room. The nurse's eyes changed from the light blue they were to completely black, the color of a demon's. The nurse walked away quickly before Dean could say anything.
He ran to one of the hospital rooms and swung the door open. Sam was sitting on the bed, lacing up his boots. "Sammy, the people here, they're-"
"Demons. Yeah, Dean, I know. But they don't seem to be attacking us."
