My Last Time Spent With Him

Chapter One~ Meeting Tyler

{Casey's POV}

"CASEY MARIE CONNOR GET DOWN HERE NOW! YOU'RE GOING TO BE LATE TO SCHOOL!" I hear my mom yell up the stairs to me just as I pick up my bag to go downstairs.
"Coming mom!" I yell before running downstairs and out the door waving goodbye as I do so.
Today is the first day of school and just to put it lightly I am not excited. Mostly because I heard we were getting a new kid at school. I also heard it's a guy which means another guy to drool over me and follow me around hoping I'll give them a chance. Well that's never going to happen I am waiting for my mate and won't stop looking until I find him.
I sat quietly the entire bus ride with my headphones in ignoring everyone else even though they tried to talk to me. I got to school and immediately saw the new kid, let's just say that he is amazing. He has blonde shaggy hair and the brightest blue eyes that I have ever seen, he is well built and I can tell he's a werewolf as well but then  again all of the kids at my school are. My best friend Isabelle came up to me and said something I couldn't quite catch.
"Hello? Earth to Casey. Anyone in there?" She said and knocked on my head like you could on the door.
"What?" I quickly snapped out of my trance. "Oh hey Izzy." I said before giving her the biggest hug ever. "How was camp?"
"Oh my gosh it was the best!" She said excitedly. "But who were you staring at? Oh was it the new kid?" She said "He's really cute." I heard my wolf, Josie, growl in my head. I wonder what's up with her.
"Ya he is." I replied kind of dreamily and then I smelled something so delicious, it smelled like the woods and chocolate and I immediately wanted to follow it but the bell rang signaling the start of the first class.
I quickly walked to my first period which was math with Mrs. Benedict and groaned inwardly, this was going to be a long year if I had math first thing every day. I noticed that the smell was also leading to math class, maybe whoever it was could possibly be there. I walked in and took a seat near the back so that the teacher wouldn't notice me not paying attention through the entire class and then in walked the new kid. He talked to the teacher for a second before turning to face us.
"Ok class listen up. We have a new student joining us this year, please help me welcome Tyler Wayne." We all clapped. "Could you please tell us all a little bit about yourself?" Mrs. Benedict said.
"Hello, my name is Tyler Wayne." Oh. My. Gosh. I think I'm in love. His voice is like and angel choir I just can't get enough. "I am the next alpha of the blood moon pack and I just turned 19 two weeks ago. I am still searching for my-" he made eye contact with me and the world stopped. I heard the one word come out of his mouth that made me weak in the knees. "mate" he growled and his bright blue eyes turned to a blue so dark they were almost black.
