I've always liked the name Jason, it was my mum's favourite as well very biblical. It means 'the one who cures'.
I am writing to you because I have no one else. I trust no other and for some reason have had difficulties in the past acquiring friends, so to speak. My therapist says this was brought on by an incident which occurred in my late childhood. I'm afraid in our correspondences it will only ever be referred to as 'the accident'. However, I'm positive I have always been this way. Some would say damaged I prefer superior.

I am choosing to talk to you because my therapist says it would be a healthy outlet for my emotions. That writing to you at various times of the day could be a way to challenge my OCD while connecting with someone outside the family; which I struggle with due to my Alexithymia. I have am aware the majority of people do not have knowledge of this condition so as to clarify I have a short informative paragraph below.
"Alexithymia (also known as Catalinithymia) by the inability to identify and describe emotions in the self. The core characteristics are marked dysfunction in emotional awareness, social attachment, and interpersonal relating."
Although emotions are difficult and pointless, with no clear reasoning, they are rather easier to fabricate.
