DeePOV I was sad to move leaving my old friends behind but I was kinda happy to move because back in Baltimore I got bullied my mother was a single mom of 4 doing everything on her own me and nuz had a real special bond we were together 24/7 while our older siblings were out getting drunk 'diamond come eat dinner' my mom yelled from down stairs 'right here" I say sitting next to nuzzle I loved my family dearly they where my whole life the sun to my day moon to my night "dee you exited to go to school tomorrow" my mom asked yes I said with a smile "how bout you nuz" "yes" he said smiling after I finished dinner I washed my dish and went up to my room I put on a beat and started writing in my bar book |i heard some people was tryna go for da kid I'm havin fun as it is you can stay outta my business lit like a frequent people try me so| interrupted by a knock on the door "who's there" I yell 'it's your mom may I come in' yes I said closing my book 'I just wanted to let you know I'm taking you and nuz to school' "ok mommy" I said smiling 'get some rest diamond'
The next day
DeePOV I woke up at 4:00 I got in the shower I was in there for about 20 minutes I got out picking out my clothes it was then 5:00 I looked at the note my friend made for me and smiled before going downstairs to eat breakfast nuz was already down there "hey nuzzle" hey diamond' "you know where mom is" 'yea she in da kitchen' thanks I say running to the kitchen "momma" I say can we have a pep talk right quick "ur gonna do fine diamond your beautiful and strong if you have a problem talk it out with nuzz she said kissing my forehead now go eat ok mom I said grabbing my plate sitting by nuzzle
Nuzpov I was glad to move because I was tired of me and dee getting bullied and it hurt me inside when dee cried even though she was my big sister dee is my best friend ever I was real close to dee we helped each other out when we needed it we have older siblings but they always out at different clubs getting drunk "nuz dee come on it's time to go" my mom yelled from the front door 'comin' we both yelled laughing

At home
DeePOV me and nuz walked home we saw mom kissing some guy on the couch mom was drunk and so was the guy I could see it in there eyes run nuz I said running up stairs I knew something was about to happen so I did my home work nuz door opened and he was heading down stairs so I went with him I put my math book on the table startin on the first problem when I saw smoke my mom and that guy was smoking that's not like mom I was thinking "nuz come here" I whispered 'yea sis' there something wrong that's not like mom she doesn't do drugs or drink that guy is bad news I say my voice was shaky "nuz dropped his cup" 'you better pick up that fucking cup right now' mom yelled nuz picked up the cup cleaning up the juice off the floor leaving me downstairs all alone I heard mom say she was goin out somewhere and then added a baby at the end of that so I was thinking they were dating I ran upstairs getting dressed for basketball practice with nuzzle until I heard a knock on my door one moment I said putting my shirt on but the door swung open it was the guy mom was kissing and smoking with i was standing there scared not knowing what to do
