When I woke back up I was lying in dirt. I looked around confused. I heard scuffling behind me so I turned around bearing my fangs. When I saw it was my sister I relaxed.
"Where am I?" I asked her looking around.
"You know, people who say Damon isn't poetic, are frightfully wrong." She told me. "We are where he thought we were for 165 years."
"The tomb, I should have guessed." I told her. "he's dead"
"Who?" she asked.
"Who do you think" I shouted at her "the man I love is dead, he isn't coming back"
"And Damon is the one that drove the stake through his heart." I said planning my revenge "and now I'm going to drive one through his."

That night I had a dream, it was about when Katerina had her baby.
Flash back, 1490
Katerina's cries of pain were like a dagger to my heart.
"A little more, dearest... a little more" Mother said trying to encourage her to be strong
"Just a little more" I told her seeing the top of the baby's head start to poke out.
"A little more, a little more. Push." Mother said. Katerina's screaming became more loud and painful.
I turned my head, no longer being able to look at my little sisters face contorted with pain.
I turned back around when I heard a baby crying, she had done it! She had bore her first of many children.
Mother gave her a smile, signifying it was over. She panted in relief.
"its a girl" Mother said.
"A girl?" She questioned. Unable to believe her luck.
"Please mother, Let me see her" She pleaded. I saw fathers face darken when he heard this.
The child had been born out of wedlock, Katerina was a disgrace to the family name.
"Woman, Don't!" Father screeched at mother. "What are you doing?"
"Let me hold her once, just once, at least once" Katerina pleaded with father. I knew this wouldn't stand he was a cruel man.
"Forget it, you have disgraced this family!" he shouted at her.
"Father, Please!" I said running in front of him while Katerina cried, "Don't make her leave, she's my best friend"
"NO" She started shouting "NO, Father, NO"
Mother grabbed her "No Katerina. It's better for her." She cooed. "it's better for her"
"No, mother, please" She cried
"Let her go, let her go, Katerina"
"Please, Momma" She tried to plead again.
