Ahh yes! You are back again. I see that you enjoyed my last chapter enough to read another one!! I thank you guys for the reviews you gave me last chapter and I hope you do the same for this one! Here's the 2nd chapter! Enjoy~

Wren

8:57

I blinked a few times.

8:57

Wait.. I thought to myself.
I'm late!
I shot out of bed and sprinted like my life depended on it towards the bathroom. I sloppily put my hair up, not having enough time to brush it and quickly changed then sprinted towards the door.

If you hadn't realized, sprinting through school halls (full of people) is pretty difficult. So I bumped into a few people. By then it was 9:08. I was almost at my home room and then I crashed into someone. Hard. We both fell on to the school tiles. I looked up.

Seth freaking Grayson.

"Watch where you're going frea-oh. You." Seth said angrily. We were glaring at each other and then, the bell rang.
Great.

I slumped to my second class, readying to be scolded.

~time skip~

While rummaging through my locker, I heard my name called up by the office. I sighed. Why would they want me now? It's already the end of the day. I'm gonna be late. Still, I had to go up there. I was at the office doorway and then saw Seth. Don't tell me he complained about me running into him earlier. I continued into the office.

Seth

No. When I said I needed a tutor I didn't mean her!
"Umm Miss Ryans can't someone else do it?" I asked hoping that she would switch. She looked at me with the most amused look on her face, "Sorry, but shes the top student of almost all her classes." I sighed. I looked over at Wren again. She was glaring at me.
I gave another sigh. I'm debating which is worse, my tutor being the schools former 'it-girl' or my tutor is the girl that everyone gave up on. It's kinda sad really, I heard rumors on how her life fell apart in one month. It's kinda mello-dramatic, I don't think it's true. "Are you done yet? You've been standing there for five minutes. I'm getting impatient." Wren said, I looked up. "Gasp. He's alive." She said sarcastically. I squinted at her.
"Anyways, while you were zoned out I was thinking about when we should meet up to study." She exclaimed. "What about an hour or so before school and after school?" I suggested. I was willing to do anything to get my grades up. "That would work except I have to go to work after school." Wren sighed. "Maybe I could go there with you." I said desperately. If I didn't get my grades up I'd be off the football team.

Wren

I thought about it, but it meant that I would have to see him before and after school. "Fine. One exception. Don't distract me from working." I glared at him again. "K." He replied. I can't believe I was forced to do this. It was already 3:16. Great. Late to school now I'm late for work. "I have to go now. Bye." I said rushing out of the room.
"I'm coming with you!" Seth yelled after me. Sigh. "Hurry up!" I said as I started to run. If I didn't make it to the bus stop in time I'd be screwed.

Seth

Sigh.

We got to the bus in time, we sat in the back left corner. I looked over and saw her. Putting her hair up in grimace, I could see how beautiful she used to be. No wonder she had all the boys on the tip of her finger, except she never got into relationship. Now that confused me. I acknowledge her beauty, but I just don't see how they had so much interest in her. She leaned into the window.
Then it made me think.

What really happened that summer?

I might never know. She likes me about as much as a rock.
But it's okay. Right?

I shook my head, what am I thinking?

"You just love to stare don't you?" Wren turned to me, bringing me out of my thoughts. "Staring at you? Pshh I would rather stare at a rock." I said, winking. "You must really like rocks then." She replied. I laughed.

"Maybe I do." I exclaimed, grinning.

A small smile started to play on her lips but then stopped abruptly. She turned towards the window again.

Wren

I was about to smile. Smile. Oh how I wished to do just that, but emotions get in the way. So I can't.

I turned towards the window. Once I start to work it'll be okay. I'll be distracted. Something inside me was pushing, wishing to be free. I felt something I haven't felt in a long time.

Hope.

Hey guys! I hope you enjoyed that chapter, I apologize for it taking so long and I tried to make it longer, but if it isn't long enough just let me know! Again I hope you enjoyed this chapter and please leave a review and tell me if the chapters should be longer. Thanks!
