Mark (pov)
Ally,she fainted,that's all she won't die,she won't die, nope no way that's gonna happen.
"Mark" i hear faintly and look at Ally, her eyes have opened and she is trying to sit up
"no you need to lay down" i tell her
"no i need to help ya'll get out of her" she tells us
"what do you mean" me and Ranea ask together
"you... don't know" she asks us
"no" i say to her
"the..whats the word,thing told me that somethings are worth more then survival" she says
"really" i ask her, Ranea has been really quite this whole time
"Raena" Ally asks "Is she *cough* OK"
"yes, i am fine" Raena says from chasm's edge, i turn to look at her
"what are you doing so close to the edge" i exclaimed
"thinking"she replied quietly
"Ranea" Ally says weakly " come over here and sit next to me and i can try to teach you again"
"no thanks" Raena says flatly "you need to rest, but i will come sit" she got up and walked over to us and slid down the wall she pulled her hood down iver her face
"who's keeping watch first" she asks
"i will" i said
"OK,then me and Ally will watch last" she confirmed
"but..." Ally started then she stopped and said "fine but i should be going first"
Raena (pov)

i run,and run,and run, and run,i don't turn in fear of what i might see,i fell myself starting to slow down,i can't keep this up,i will eventual have to stop and face the thing behind me,i fell my self going in a downward motion,i'm falling,i'm falling, i open my mouth to scream but nothing came out, i look up and see a dark figure with blue eyes,like the one i saw earilyer when Ally saved Mark
"Raena,Raena,Raena,RAENA,RAENA,RAENA" the thing screams at me
"RAENA,RAENA,RAENA" I hear something say
"RAENA,RAENA,RAENA" I hear Mark yell at me and my eyes fly opening "good your awake, i mean, i don't wan't to wake you but it is your turn to take watch."
"yeah" i say still half asleep '' no it's fine" i walk over to the watch position, i yawn and stand at the mouth of the cave. This is going to be boring i think, this is just gonna be me standing here until Ally's turn comes. I start singing a random song to help the time pass. i see something in the corner of my eye and stop ,what was that,i move toward it, it turned and looked at me, i turn to run toward Ally so she can help but the figure was in front of me
"what do you want" i yell hoping i might wake Ally or Mark,someone,the thing comes tword me and pulls down his hood and i see his face,it so ugly but, for some reason helps me come to my senses, his face has two blue eyes with a blood red mouth and scars all over his face
'' you can't hurt me or my friends" i yell but i am trembling inside
"i won't hurt you, but you must learn and this is the only way to trigger it" the thing says in a screechy voice
"Huh" i say what the hell dose that mean i fell my self closing in on the edge of the chasm,this is it i think,this is how i am going to die, falling to my death were no-one will find me or my friends.
"Stop" i say letting my voice tremble "Stop, i can't go farther"
"good,fear that will trigger it" he tells me
"what dose that mean" i say and i fall almost off, wait i should be falling,i look down and i see ice,thin ice but still ice,what how am i doing this,i don't know how,or where i learned this but this is sweet
"you'v always had it in you,just like Ally, but she had to use courage and she used what i planted in her head, it is always useful" the thing said " your group is strong for now but one of you will turn to the dark unwillingly and you have to be prepared to fight that battle"
''what..what did you plant in her head" i ask
"some things are more important than survival" he says and with that he disappears
"don't forget your powers will help you find your way out" i hear him whisper
Ally (pov)
I wake up and look for Raena next to me and see mark has taken her place she must be on watch, i look around and see Raena siting over the chasm,wait how i stand up and see she is siting on....Ice?
"hey Raena,what..uh are you doing...and ummmmmmm how,exactly" i say to her
"oh this ummmmmm i could show you but i couldn't really tell you" she says to me
"sure,but don't wake up Mark he needs to sleep and he would freak out if he saw me standing i step onto the ice and slid over to Raena and fall into a siting position next to her
"um maby you can start by making this sturdier" i suggest noticing the cracks spreading though the ice at alarming speeds i ready my hand to bring the wind to hold up the ice so it dosen't....fall,
"RAENA,you need to fix the ice now" i yell as i summon a small blast of wind picking us up
"OK" she then closes her eyes and thinks about what i have no idea, but she starts hyperventilating and i see her breath as it comes out of her mouth she opens her eyes and goes to scream but instead she points her hands toward the ice and a blast of ice comes from her hands.
"Oh my god" i say and the wind falters and i hear Raena scream at me and i pick back up the wind
"how did you do that" i ask over the wind
"I think of something that scares me and i direct the fear though my hands as black ice that looks like normally ice" she yells to loudly,i wince at the yelling and bring us to the edge of the ice witch i see now has a small black center.
"do you think you could extend the ice under us so we can drop on to it" i ask her
"no problem" she says as she dose exactly that
"we should wake Mark and tell him about your powers" i say as we walk well she walks i flot on the wind because i don't know how to walk on ice,but she dosen't know how to stand on wind, so i am thinking it is part of our powers, i wounder if Mark has hidden powers
"Hey,Ally, the thing that frightened me to show me my power said that we had them burred inside us our whole lives and, that we have to be prepared for battle, and that one in our group will turn on us unwillingly." she said as i turned off my cloud of wind
