Dirty Dancing (Johnny x Reader)

Chapter 2

The colorful lights of the club, nearly blind a person when they walk in. Seeing the girls dancing a group dance, made me wonder if I ever thought when I was younger, that I would be doing the exact same thing.

When the dance ended me and my friend Jessie were supposed to go onstage and do a double girl dance, to the song 'Side To Side'.

I quickly got dressed and so did Jessie.

"Hey, you almost ready, Jess?"

"Ready." She started walking to the curtain, and turned around to see me not moving an inch.

"Hey, you coming?" She asked.

"Oh, yeah sorry." I said and walked next to her.

We both got into our posses, she was holding her hair up, and crossed her legs in a seductive way, and I bent down and touched my toes with one leg out, and when the music started, I walked over to her and we basically we dancing together while men threw money at us.

I looked around to see who was in the crowd when I saw a group of gorillas who seemed to be having a conversation, but looked at me and Jess and widened eyes. (Jess is a panther).

I had a solo and during it, the smallest gorilla looked my way, and squinted, he looked familiar. He just shrugged it off and turned away, and then I realized he was the gorilla from before, the one that I ran into! Wow, he was at a strip club, he looked no older that 16. Maybe it was his family that forced him to come.

After our dance was done we collected money and went behind stage to get ready for the next dance, finally my shift ended at 1:00 am, and I got my things and started walking out the back and I came up the alley when I bumped into a familiar teal t-shirt and fell.

"Oh, sorry about that miss."

"No, I'm sor...Hey didn't we meet?"

"Yeah, sorry I never got your name?"

"My name is (Y/N)."

"Cool, My name is Johnny."

"Well, sorry about that Johnny."

"Yeah, um, do you work here?" He asked pointing to the club sign.

"Yeah, actually I saw you in the crowd,"

"Yeah, um my uncles and dad make me come here, I don't like it honestly, no offense."

"Oh, none taken, I don't like it either, I wish I didn't work here actually."

"Then why do you?"

"I...am in a bad situation, desperate for money."

"Oh, well I'm sorry to hear that."

Then we stood there for what seemed like FOREVER.

"Well, see you later, Johnny."

"Oh, wait, um.. I was wondering, if you wanted to hangout sometime?"

"Umm, sorry I have a boyfriend, um as friends totally."

"Yeah, as friends um tomorrow?"

"Of course, um listen I gotta go, I have to get somewhere." I wanted to get home to see Abby as quick as possible.

"Umm, 12:00 tomorrow, Starbucks, on 54th?" I asked.

"Yeah, see ya."

"Bye."

Oh I wish I could go on an actually date with him, he seems nice and sweet, and I would give anything to get away from 'HIM'. Well at least I'll see him tomorrow.

I walked home as quick as possible, to see Abby fast asleep in her crib, I looked around to see a passed out man on the floor. I picked him up and carried him to his room, which I am happy to say is on the other side of the house from mine, and Abby's. I cleaned the living room and turned off the T.V. and got some my McDonalds that I had bought on the way home, and some baby food, and got Abby, and carried her to my room, and fed her, cause I highly doubt my 'boyfriend' gave her anything. And put back to bed, and watched some T.V. while eating, and fell asleep.
