Rachel explained to Kc that she was the only one that could decipher the location of the Edenstone...and that she wasn't lying when she said she could only read the story of Dracula's history...but as for the location of his eternal power/life force...the markings told her nothing of its location...Kc calmed down enough and remembered one time after she got out of the shower she was standing in front of her mirror when something very strange happened to her...Rachel's eyes brightened up and said that was it!! That Dracula didn't have a reflection...to him a mirror was just another doorway...then Rachel asked Kc to show her what she did and what happened to the mirror.

Kc slowly went in front of Rachel's mirror on the wall and removed her shirt...and the tattoos on her back and along her arms began to form words...after the words formed...the mirror began to move and become wavy...Rachel touched the mirror and her hand went into the mirror...she pulled it out quickly...and told Kc to put her shirt back on...that she wasn't the map to Dracula's power...she was the KEY!...that opened the door to his power...Kc looked at her and asked her if she was going to tell Crisstopher...Rachel looked at her and said if he got his power back...the world as they knew it would be gone forever...for the Curse of the Dracula states...that the Prince of Darkness...as long as his power was lost...he could be defeated...but once Dracula regained his eternal strength nothing could stop him...Kc looked at her and asked if the markings on her told her how to defeat Dracula.

Rachel began to read more on the tattoos and said the only thing that could defeat Dracula...was the Dargoth Blade...that it was made from the very dragon's fang...that created Dracula...and it was the only thing that could defeat him...but she added that the blade has been lost for several eons...with no known location of its whereabouts...since Dracula himself cast it into the setting sun...beens it itself was indestructible...he figured that it would be safer being lost.

Rachel looked at Kc and asked her if she thought this Crisstopher character was really the Count Dracula...Kc kept looking into the mirror and said he was definitely different...than any other vampire she's ever came across. then added that they both had wings, and Crisstopher had powers like none of the Cullens had ever witnessed before...Rachel listened intently...then changed the subject, and wanted to know more about his partner...Klayton...that she was extremely and strangely attracted too. Kc looked at her and said that his power was moreless his brute strength...and extreme knowledge...that he could outthink anyone...and be ready for their attacks...before they even knew what their attack was going to be...not to mention full of the lust for blood...and he didn't have any remorse on anyone...he would kill anyone that got in his path...and he was fearless. 

Rachel looked at her and asked what she meant by fearless...Kc told her that most vampires were leery and or afraid of newbie vampires for the fact that human tissue was still in their veins...like Bella...but Klayton grabbed her like she was nothing...and no matter how hard she fought him off...she couldn't escape his grip...and also none of the other vampires powers affected either of them...Rachel looked at her and said very interesting...just then Crisstopher and Klayton burst through her door and told her that the time was up...and he wanted answers...Rachel handed Crisstopher the parchment that deciphered all the markings on her...and told him that none of the markings told her anything about a location of the Edenstone...but the story did tell the only thing that could destroy him...if he was in fact, the real Dracula.

Kc remained very silent...and kept her head down...so she wouldn't make eye to eye contact with either of them...Crisstopher looked at the witch and said that was useless information to him...then he grabbed Kc and headed out the door...Klayton looked at Kc very hungrily and asked Crisstopher beens she wasn't important anymore if he could take a drink or two from her...Crisstopher looked down at Kc...and saw the look of apprehension and fear...at first he was going to hand her over to him...but there was something in her eyes...that he just didn't want to give up...yet...so he held her tightly and spread his wings and said she was still useful to him...and that he would just have to go hunting for blood of his own to drink...after they went back to the Cullen's house...to rest a while...then they'd both go on the hunt together.

Esme and Rosalie were very excited when they found the same information the witch gave Crisstopher about his life's history...and the only means to defeat him...but they were all at the same loss...the Dargoth Blade...was lost...with no known location...Bella and Edward were tucking in their daughter when Crisstopher and Klayton made it back to the house...with Kc sound asleep from exhaustion...Crisstopher walked from the balcony and into the bedroom where he laid Kc down gently then put a magic hold over the room...so no one could enter the room...or leave the room...then they both flew off into the night sky...to hunt for their nightly fill of blood.

Rachel couldn't help but want to follow them...so she transformed herself into an owl...and followed them to the Cullen's home, and turned back into her human form and told them all who and what she was...and that she wanted to help in any way she could...to keep any catastrophe's from happening...Alice and Edward both told the family that she was telling the truth...and agreed to let her stay...but she kept the little secret about Kc to herself...and locked it away deep in her thoughts...so not even Edward or Alice could get it out of her...for the moment she wasn't really sure which way was the right way to go...if it would be the right thing to give Crisstopher his birthright back...and end the Volturi for good...or...let Crisstopher vanish forever like he never existed...and worry about Klayton's wrath after his demise...and let the Volturi remain in high command...but which was the worse of the two evils.
