It was the fourth of July. Me and Danny sat in the back of my white truck. We watched the glittery fireworks explode in the dark blue sky. I loved moments like these. Enjoying time with the ones I love most. No cell phones, no music, no one else. People we shouting 'oh's' and 'ah's', we sat in silence. It wasn't an awkward silence, it was peaceful and relaxing. I felt a strong arm around me and I looked at danny. I pulled him in for a kiss and he happily kissed back. He moved his kisses to my neck. I giggled and pushed him away. "Save it Daniel." I said. I knew he hated when I used that name. "No. I don't wanna." He muffled shoving his Face in my neck and leaving gentle kisses there. I loved it when he took his time. It made me feel special. "Stop being so lewd." "No" "Danny." "No." "Daniel." "Okay.." He backed off of me and pulled me close to him, into a hug. We sat there for most of the night. Not making a sound, not making a move.

I stepped into the shower. Feeling the warm water on my skin made me relax. I washed my hair. Then I felt a hand and my stomach, and I felt it push me toward him. "Daniel.." I looked at him unamused.
