Get Some Sleep

Part 4

Jungkook and Ami were standing at the bus stop in front of the hospital. She took a look at her watch, and it showed the time was already past midnight. The air was quite chilly, and she was shivering a bit, when suddenly a huge bomber jacket draped over her shoulders. She looked to her side, and realised that Jungkook had given her his jacket. "It's okay, Jungkook. You don't have to." Ami said.

"No, it's fine. I'm not cold. You need it more than I do." Jungkook replied.

"You sure?"

Jungkook nodded.

It was silent at the bus stop once again. Neither one of them attempted to open up a new conversation. But then, after a few minutes, Jungkook suddenly became restless.

"Are you okay?" She asked.

"I can't find my phone." He was frantically searching his entire body. "Crap! I left it in hyung's ward. Will you be okay by yourself for a few minutes?"

"Yes. Don't worry."

"Don't go anywhere, okay? Promise me you'll wait."

"I promise." With Ami's reassuring words, Jungkook sprinted back into the hospital.

Ami sat down on the bench and scrolled her facebook feed through her phone, when suddenly someone took it from her. She looked up, and there they were again, the men.

"Give it back!" She said sternly.

"Not until you tell us how you know Rapmon."

"You mean Namjoon?"

"Yeah, sure. Whatever."

"We went to the same high school, but we weren't even friends."

"Why were you in his ward, then?"

"I saw him unconscious, then I called the ambulance. The doctor asked me to stay until his guardian arrived."

They laughed.

"What's so funny?" Ami asked, clearly annoyed.

"What guardian, sweetheart? He has no guardian."

"What do you mean?"

"His family are..."

"What are you doing!?" Jungkook shouted from afar, while running towards them.

"Look who we have here? Superman came to save the damsel in distress." They laughed.

"Are you okay?" Jungkook asked Ami as he stopped next to her.

"I'm fine. But they have my phone." Both of them looked at her phone in the man's hand.

"Give it back!" Jungkook commanded.

They laughed again. Suddenly, Ami pointed to the direction of the men's back. "Officer! Help us!"

They turned around, but there was nobody there. Then, they processed the situation and understood that Ami had tricked them, snatched her phone back, and ran off without they even realising it. "She's something. But don't worry sweetheart. We'll see each other soon enough."

Both Jungkook and Ami were out of breath as they just ran far away from those men.

"Hey, Jungkook." Ami barely breathed out the words.

"Yeah?"

"Why don't we just take Uber instead?"

"Good idea."
