Confession

"I like you, more than a friend," I tell him.

He stands in front of me,

Shocked.

Speechless.

I look at him in the eye, hoping he will accept my confession.

I wait.

And wait.

And wait.

Still, no reply.

We continue, more like I continue staring at him.

He avoids eye contact and stares at the ground.

I grab his shoulders and shake him.

"Give me, an answer," I say, sternly.

He then looks at me, straight in the eye.

I gulp.

He opened his mouth and starts speaking.
