From Friends to Sisters

Chapter 4

Cindy's POV. 

It was about one month after school had started and Vixy was already 'Alpha' of the school, meaning people know not to try and bully her or the rest of us. She is not a bully herself, she just tries to protect us from being bullied. I was just now waking up, I got up and looked at the clock next to my bed. 5:58. I went to my closet to pick out my clothes. (Just the shirt and pants but instead of maroon it's royal blue.) When I was satisfied with what I got I went into the bathroom to put it on. When I came back out my mom was knocking on the door. "Come in momma." She came in and told me that the bus would be here soon. "Ok momma I just have to get my stuff I'll be right out." I said grabbing my backpack and my homework from last night and ran out to wait for the bus. Today was the first pep rally of the year, if you look the most like what you had to dress up as then you win some candy or something cheap like that. This week you had to dress up as an animal, but all the nekos, Kitsunes, ect. weren't allowed to participate because they would have an unfair advantage with their ears and tails. The bus came and I got on, Vixy was sitting in her assigned seat across from Mark. I sat with Mark on the left seat and Vixy and Jack sat on the right side of the bus, Vixy and Mark having the window seats and me and Jack having the isle seats. Jack got on a few minutes after me. Vixy raises her hand to get the attention of the bus driver, the bus driver, Lisa, looked at her for her to say what she wanted to say. "Can we turn the radio on, please?" Lisa nodded and turned the radio on, we were singing along to random songs that came on until we got to school. When we arrived Vixy and Jack ran straight to the cafeteria to get some food. When we left we went to go to our lockers to get markers to draw cat whiskers and a cat nose on Mark and Jack. We were walking through the halls when we seen a girl with blue eyes and black hair being shoved up against a locker by two guys, one with black hair and the other with blond hair.

Vixy's POV.

Mark was the first to intervene. "Hey cut it out." The bullies looked at Mark and Jack and laughed. "Oh yeah? Who's going to stop us." The one with the blond hair shoved them hard enough to push them back a bit. My head snapped up, my ears lay flat on my head and my tail bushed. "Hey don't mess with my friends." I growled at them, barring my sharp teeth. They both stepped back a bit, they didn't see me at the beginning. Luckily the bell rang before any thing else happened. The ravenette walked over to me and the others. "Thank you for helping me I just moved here. My name's Raven, what's y'alls?" She asked us, I stepped forward and introduced myself while the others did the same. "Come on guys, we don't want to be late for class." Jack said, the rest of us left for our classes. "Wait, I don't know where my first class is could one of y'all take me to Mrs. Williams class?" "Come on follow us we got her class now." Mark said, we all ran into class and made it just before the tardy bell rang. We all started working on the vocabulary worksheet that was on our desks. About 20 minutes later I was done and got up to give it to the teacher she said to the entire class that we could do whatever we wanted to do. I sat in my seat and got out my camera while I waited for the the others to get done. After we all were done Raven came over to us, we all talked to Raven asking her schedule and things like that for about five minutes until the bell rang for us to go to our next classes, gym for the gang and science for Raven. "I can't wait for this to be over, this class sucks." Mark said, Jack nodded. "Ya you girls have it easy in there, we have to run a mile on Mondays go to the workout room Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, then we play dodge ball on Friday if we were good if not we have to run." Jack said, we all went to the individual gyms. Emily, one of the stuck up popular girls, came over to is. "Hey just to let you know we are getting dressed and playing dodge ball with the boys today." She said in a stuck up way. Then her friend Jessie just HAD to show up. "They are probably gonna be the first ones out." She whispered into Emily's ear, I just barely heard it. "Thank you for that information that we all needed so dearly." I said sarcastically while me and Cindy walked into the changing room to put on our gym clothes. Mine was a red t-shirt with black shorts and hers was a white t-shirt and blue shorts. When we walked out and seen some of the boys on the bleachers talking to each other, the girls sat on the other side waiting for everyone other than them to get out and get this class done and over with.
