I woke up to my alarm clock at 7:30 i go to the bathroom and take a shower, taking advantage of me being the first one up. I carefully wash my hair and body. I let the water soak on me thinking about what today holds. I turn the water off slowly and step out wrapping a towel around my body.
I go to my room and grab my brush and blow dryer. I return to the bathroom and brush through my wet, dirty blonde hair. I plugged the blow dryer in and start drying my hair. It finally dried and i brush my teeth, and then walked back to my room and looked in my closet for the perfect clothes to wear on my first day. I picked out a white t-shirt and black skinny jeans with short black heels and a brown belt along with my brown leather jacket.
I go to my vanity and sit as my curling iron warms up. I hear footsteps through the house and smell bacon so i assumed mom or dad is cooking. I heard footsteps coming to my room as i finish my first curl. I turn around to see Clay and he says, "mom has this rule that we have to start eating breakfast together so we have to be down there by 8:15." He says rolling his eyes with a disgusted look on his face. I just laugh at him and I pick my phone up and look at the time, its 7:55 i should really hurry. I turn back around to Clay and i say, "ok ill be there" he turns around and walks back to his room. I finish curling my hair by 8:05, ten minutes so I put a navy blue beanie on and I throw mascara on and light pink lipstick on my lips and then I put on a bracelet, some earrings and a necklace and grab my phone and purse. I decided to post on instagram.

Heading downstairs by 8:13, I peek my head around the corner and see Clay, mom, and dad at the table waiting for me. I walk around and say, "wow, it smells good in here". I sat at the table with plates of bacon and scrambled eggs. I see cups filled with orange juice. Everyone digs in and i get two pieces of bacon and a little bit of eggs. Dad finishes first and picks his stuff up saying he has to leave. Before he leaves he kissed me on the forehead and says, "bye sweety have a good first day." "Bye" i say and before he leaves he kisses mom and pats Clay on the back. Clay, mom, and i are left alone for a few minutes before she has to leave for work too.
"Bye my sweeties have a good day" she said to Clay and i before walking out of the door. "Well, we need to get going." Clay said and i jump up and grab my phone and purse. We walked out of the door and he gets on a bike and says, "get on" pointing to the pegs. "Ughh really Clay i have HEELS on" i say stomping my feet. "Fine walk then" he says. "Fine i guess I will." He rolls his eyes and rides away and I start walking. I hear a car pull up beside me and see a guy with shiny black hair. "Hey need a ride?" He asked me. "And who are you?" I say and he laughs and says, "Zach, Zach Dempsey, I go to Liberty High." "Um ok I'll ride with you" I say and walk up to his car, which is a convertible so he has the top down. I open the door and climb in. He looks me up and down and I blush. He puts the car in gear and starts driving we pass up Clay on his bike and I tell Zach to slow down. "Hey Clay, I'm catching a ride with my friend Zach, bet I can beat you to school." I say and laugh I turn over to Zach and say "go, go, go" and he speeds up and I look back at Clay and he almost wrecks his bike. I turn back around in my seat and start laughing. Zach looks over and laughs before saying, "So what grade are you in?" I look over at him and say "I'm a sophomore" he smiled at me and said " Well im a junior just like your brother Clay" and I looked at him with a smile. We sit in silence for the rest of the ride and I ask him, "Can you show me where the office is?" He looks up and smiles before nodding his head. I get out of the car and can feel all of the eyes on me. Zach and I walk up the path to the school and I see him wave to a group of jocks and I hear the blonde haired one say, "Get some Zachy" Zach blushes and I smile before grabbing his hand and holding it. I look over to him and whisper, "I got you, Zachy.", I whispered teasingly. He looks at me and smiled before squeezing my hand. I stop him and turn towards the group and blow them a kiss. I smile and we walk into the building so I can get my schedule. I let go of his hand and he thanks me. We make it to the office and I have to sign a bunch of papers before getting my schedule.
I walk out of the office and Zach takes my schedule and smiles then says, "We have communications and gym together." I smile and Zach walks me to my locker. When he sees my locker his eyes go wide. "Zach, what is it?" I ask him. He looks at me and takes a deep breath before saying, "It's nothing really." I shrug it off before Zach says, "I'll be back in a minute I gotta go talk to somebody." I smile and nod at him before he takes off. I turn around to see Clay staring at me before I mouth to him, 'What the hell is going on' and he comes to me and whispers, "That's Hannah's locker, well was." My mouth forms an 'o' shape. I hand Clay my schedule and says that we have communications together, which is first period. "I'll take you to it." He says. "Oh well Zach was gonna take me." He rolls his eyes and says, "Are you sure it looks like he isn't coming back." The bell rings and Zach doesn't come back. "Well never mind then." I say before walking by Clays side.
I walk in class with Clay and Zach looks at me and winks. I roll my eyes and flip him off and then sit down by Clay. I could hear the three jocks around him laughing. The bell rings again and the teacher starts talking again before looking at me and says, "Danielle would you like to introduce yourself?" I stand up and say, "I'm Danielle, Clays little sister, I'm a sophomore, I used to be a cheerleader whenever I went to school in Florida." "Were having tryouts tomorrow after school if you would like to come." A girl with curly, brown hair chirps out. I nod at her and smile before saying, "I'll be there" she smiles and claps her hands before I sit down. The bell rings for class and the girl that invited me to tryout ran up to me and said, "I'm Sheri" I smiled before saying,"I'm-" but I got cut off before she said, "I know who you are." -------•-------•-----------•----
