Zodiac's P.O.V
As everyone emerged from the staircases, a knock at the door caught their attention. "What's that?" Peyton titled her head. "Mail man!" Savanah blurted out, Peyton shook her head, opening the door Camille appeared. "I'm back!"
"Guys! Didn't you notice? It's the 4th of July," Camille looked around, "It is? I didn't notice," Leonard rubbed his head. Shaking her head, Camille walked over to the couch. She sat down, and leaned into the soft fabric and sighed. "It's good to be back home."
"4th of July! Where are we going for the fireworks? Can we bring a huge watermelon," Savanah said excitedly, her green eyes sparkling. "Watermelon. Watermelon. Watermelon," Some of the signs began to chant. Then everyone was chanting, "Watermelon! Watermelon! Watermelon! Watermel-" They were cut off by Camille yelling, "Ok! Ok,"
"Yay," A.J cheered. "Let's go buy one! Let's go out of town to get it."
~Tiem Skip~ [At ze beach for fireworks]
Everyone had a good time, turns out, the boys were actually good at volleyball. "Well, what can I say? The master is at work," Andrew rubbed his head in embarrassment. "In your dreams," Audrey shook her head, "Then I'll keep dreaming," The Aquarius stuck his tongue at Audrey. She just rolled her eyes.
"But why can't I light the fireworks?" A voice interrupted the semi-final round of volleyball. "You're going to burn yourself, and besides I can't trust you with matches," Dr. Astros told Savanah sternly. The zodiacs had pleaded her to let them celebrate the 4th of July instead of training. In defeat, she had said yes. "I won't burn myself! I won't! Well, I'll try. But please," Savanah begged. The astrologer sighed and turned to the Sagittarius, "Fine."
Savanah nodded solemnly, but inside she was bubbling with excitement. Grabbing the matches out of Dr. Astros's hand, she bounced over to the fireworks. "Guys! It's time to light the fireworks," Dr. Astros called to the zodiacs, they all scrambled to fireworks, whom Savanah kept dropping the matches. "Got one!" She exclaimed. After a couple of heartbeats, she had seem to lose her train of thought. She shook her head, and tried to light the match. But every time, she either burned herself or yelped in fright. Everyone tried to keep themselves from laughing.
The Sagittarius furrowed her brows in anger, as she finally lit the match, "I did it!" She exclaimed in happiness. She slowly made her way to the firework, when she did she lit the firework and it went flying into the night sky. She immediately dropped it, and yelped in pain. "I burned myself."
Bursts of color lit the sky. "Cool." "Pretty." "Awesome!" Remarks came from the signs as they watched the fireworks light up their night sky.
