Chapter 12 🇰🇷

After Taekwoon take a shower and get dress, he go downstairs to just found Hakyeon in the kitchen while getting some ingredients. He frown then approach him "What are you doing?" he asked that makes the leader startled.

"My gosh, Leo! Don't just pop out anywhere" Hakyeon said and started to cut some onion.

"Hey! I'm asking you"

"I'm going to cook something. Can't you see what I am doing?" he answered and Taekwoon get the knife from his hand that makes him get confuse "Why did you get that?"

"You hold the knife in the wrong way. If you keep doing that you will going to cut yourself. So move away. I'm the one who's going to cook. Take a shower" Taekwoon said and started to open the stove.

"But I'm the one who invited you on a date. That's why I need to do all of this" Hakyeon refuse to go.

Taekwoon then sigh "I know. But I can do something for this date too. I thought we're going to eat at the restaurant but I guess you have something else in your mind that's why you wanted to cook. Just let me help you, okay?" and Hakyeon just nodded.

After a minute the tanned male bid a goodbye for a minute.

"Where are you going?" Taekwoon asked with a frown while he is holding a spatula.

"I'm going to get something. And I need to see if the place is okay already. I won't be gone for 20 minutes" Hakyeon answer and leave immediately.

After an hour, Taekwoon heard the engine off and he stand-up to look outside. He saw Hakyeon getting down from the truck and Taekwoon fold his arm on his chest "You said you won't be gone for about 20 minutes" he said when the leader walk inside of the house.

Hakyeon then scratch the back of his head "Sorry. I got stuck on the traffic earlier"

"Where did you get that truck? What are you going to do?"

"We are going on a ride" Hakyeon said and look at the truck.

"What? Why? We have a van, N"

"I know! But It's cool if we ride on the truck"

Taekwoon just shrug and walk inside to get the basket that have a food then he go outside to put it in the truck while Hakyeon just follow behind.

"Lets go" Taekwoon said and get inside the truck and
Hakyeon just nodded then get on the driver seat.

After an hour of driving, Taekwoon notice that they are far from the city. Hakyeon drove to the spot that he picked when he came earlier. He backed the truck up and put it in park while Taekwoon look around.

"So this is the reason why you leave earlier?"

"Yeah! I need to check this place first so I know where to park. I don't want to waste my time looking everywhere just to park the truck" Hakyeon answered with a smile and Taekwoon just nodded.

"Where are we going to eat here?" Taekwoon asked again after a second.

Hakyeon just smile and open the door while Taekwoon just watched as ge pulled out a stock of blankets and grabbed some pillows. Then he walk at the back of the truck and open the tailgate. Taekwon just follow behind him with the basket on his hand. And he can't stop smiling on what the latter is doing.

"So I thought we could sit back and relax as we eat and look out at the city" Hakyeon said and jumped onto the bed of the truck and laid out the blankets and pillows over the old futon mattress. Then he took the basket from Taekwoon and said "Now if you would please join me" then he held out his hand for Taekwoon to grab and help him up. They kicked off their shoes and got comfortable.

"I would have never thought of this. Where did you get the truck, blankets, pillows and specially the mattress?" Taekwoon asked and amazed on what Hakyeon did for their date.

"I have my ways. And I do try to be original" Hakyeon said and smirk.

Taekwoon just chuckle and get all the food inside the basket "So for our meal, I made some sushi rolls, kimchi-jjigae, egg rolls and nutella sandwiches"

"Wow! I get hungry because of that" Hakyeon said and they both laugh.

Taekwoon loaded their plates of everything and give one to Hakyeon then the leader lean against his shoulder.

"You know we live here in Korea all our life and I have never been here at night. The sight is really beautiful. I guess being an idol affect us. We can't leave our dorm at night to go see some beautiful places like this" Taekwoon said.

Hakyeon then nodded "You're right. Being exhausted to all the activity that we're doing, I'm thankful on this show because I can have a quality time with you and search a beautiful place like this"

They got silent and finished eating. Taekwoon put everything back into the basket then they laid back and looked up to the sky.

"Tell me Leo, if we go abroad which country will you like?" Hakyeon asked suddenly and breaking the silence of the surroundings.

Taekwoon then grab his hand and held it "I'd love to go to Australia. It's a very beautiful place and a great place to surf"

"You like to surf?" Hakyeon asked and lifted his head to look at Taekwoon.

"Yes, but I don't know how" Taekwoon admitted.

"Me either" Hakyeon said and sit up.

"If you want, we can have a lesson together" Taekwoon suggested.

Hakyeon smile "Good to know" then he snugged closer to Taekwoon as they looked at the sky.

"It's beautiful. You never realize how beautiful the night could be" Hakyeon whisper and sigh deeply.

"I have seen something much more beautiful than that" Taekwoon said.

"Oh yeah and what was that?" Hakyeon asked then he notice that Taekwoon is looking at his eyes.

"I won't ever get tired of looking into his eyes. I don't know what's happening to me ever since this show started. N's eyes has this twinkle in them and that's what pulled me closer to him" Taekwoon thought while he keep looking to the leader.

"You" Taekwoon answered after a minute.

He don't know what he is doing, all he know is that he want to kiss him. He then lean closer while Hakyeon stiffend on his place and keep staring. Their lips touch and everything started to fade away. For them, they are only one right now in the world. Didn't mind the camera not so far away from them.
