Trust. Chapter 2
It was pitch black in my room as my alarm buzzed in my ear, the morning after we had made or back home. I really wasn't in the mood to go to school this morning. I was texting with Derek all night long. I had found out that they kissed..... 10 times. I really needed to get up and get to work, yet my legs wouldn't move.
My pale brown door creaked open "Alana, mom said you have to get up now" whispered my sister Tiana. She tiptoed into my room, next thing I know we are both under my teal covers, and she has her arms wrapped around me. I began to cry. It probably looked comical, or like a typical Hollywood movie, the perfect family and what not. The perfect girl is sad while her perfect family comforts her because everything is perfect. Honestly, I don't even know why I was crying. It just, well, the emotions flooded me.
My crying stopped and turned into just some whimpers, into sighs. I was cooed back to normal by the soft sounds of the hushing noise Tiana was making as her hand stroked my back.
"What's wrong?" Her little voice asked. Her eyes glistened when she stared back at me in these puppy eyes, it was adorable.
A smile flashed across my face "nothing, just some teenage crapp that happened." I got out of my bed, and I decided just to put it in the back of my mind.
I put on my favourite baby blue shirt and my lulu leggings on. I straightened my bleach-blonde locks and dosed my lashes with black mascara, then lined my eye lids, too.
I mean if I really knew Hadley, she would have told Derek to stop, and would have ended it. I'm sure they aren't dating. Nothing will happen. Besides, Hadley means too much and I need to have faith in her, and trust.
