"Natsuuuu! Are you alright?" -Lissana

"Yeah it's nothing gotta go bye!" -Natsu

Lucy needs to know this. She needs to. Even though I love Natsu, Natsu loves her.

"Lucy!" -Lissana

"Hey! What's up Lis?" -Lucy

"There's something you need to know about Natsu" -Lis

Lucy's POV

"He has a hole in is heart and his operation is right now" -Lis

I felt sad at the same time angry. Why did he kept this from me?

"He needs you right now! I love Natsu but he loves you Lucy" -Lis

-Hospital-

Natsu's POV

My life is ending. I kept from Lucy because I know she will be worried. I don't want that.

Suddenly the door burst open, revealing Luce and Lis.

Sh*t how did she know about this?

"Natsu! Why didn't you tell me about this?" -Luce

I felt guilty.

"I-Im S-Sorry" -Me

"Please fight natsu. I love you" -Luce

"I will" -Me

"Sorry ma'am but we need to have operation right now" -Doctor

"Promise me Natsu" -Luce

"I promise"

-After 3 hours-

Lucy's POV

3 hours have passed. Me and the guild members are waiting for the result.

Yes, guild members. They went here after they knew.

"Master Makarov" -Doctor

"The opperation was succesful, you can visit the patient but 2 people at a time" -Doctor

I felt relieved.

"Lucy let's go" -Master

we went to Natsu's room but Master left.

"Natsu, you fulfill your promise" -Lucy

"I did. because i will always
