Update: I had to wait to see the original release to finish this because I couldn't remember exactly what the dialog was the from the times that I watched movie in theatres.
I recently discovered a Chinese version of the Transformers: The Last Knight movie and while I was watching it, I noticed that some of the dialog in the movie is COMPLETELY different as well as some scenes being cut short/added that weren't in the version that I watched here in Canada. The version appears to be Chinese because it has some kind of subtitles along the bottom, even though the movie dub is in English. I wanted to point out everything I found in this version of the movie compared to the original according to my friend who noticed the differences too.

Hound's first showing: During the scene where Hound shows up for the first time to assist Bee and Cade being pursued by the TRF, his dialog is different.
Normal:
Hound - "Hound's in town. Love starting the day off with a gunfight. Sorry i'm late. My invitation to this ass-kicking must've got lost in the mail."
Chinese:
Hound - "Morning fellas. I like showing up to a gun fight. This round bound's gunna mow you down. Translation, Sianara suckers".

Abandoned town: When the Autobots first drive into the abandoned town to escape Megatron and the others, Drift and Bumblebee have slightly different dialog when Drift removes the tracker that was on Bee.
Normal:
Drift - "What's this? The trackers brought them right to us."
Crosshairs - "When are you going to grow up?"
Bumblebee - "Dang it!"
Chinese:
Drift - "What's this? You brought them right to us!
Bumblebee - "Dang it!"

Crosshairs threatening Cogman: Crosshairs has different dialog when he walks up to Cogman
Normal:
Crosshairs - "Eh Cade, what's with this C-3PO rip-off?"
Chinese:
Crosshairs - "I'll swat this metal cockroach for you Cade"

TRF busting into Vivian's home: When the TRF enter Vivian's house and point their guns at her mother and friends, the original has a scene that cuts to the woman putting her hands up and saying "I surrender". In the Chinese version the scene doesn't change, but the woman still has the same line.

Megatron stealing the staff from Optimus: After Optimus returns to normal and Megatron flies onto the alien ship to take the staff away from him, his dialog is completely different.
Normal:
Nitro Zues - "You blew your chance to kill Unicron!"
Megatron - "I knew you couldn't do it. Your time is over, Prime. You failed. You turned your back on Cybertron. now you will watch Earth die."
Chinese:
Megatron - Quintessa the most ruthless of our Cons. Knew you couldn't do it. She knows I'm strong and your weak. You turned your back on Cybertron. Now you will watch Earth die.
A bit after that scene, some dialog is added to the knights when they start surrounding Optimus. The only difference is there is one extra line.
Normal:
Knight 1: You betrayed your own kind.
Knight 2: You chose the wrong side.
Knight 3: Quintessa is the great deceiver!
Knight 4: The judgement is death!
Chinese:
Knight 1: You betrayed your own kind.
Knight 2: You chose the wrong side.
Knight 3: Quintessa is the great deceiver!
Knight 4: She put you *hits Optimus with his axe* under a spell
Knight 5: The judgement is death!
Following that scene where the knights are surrounding Cade with the sword in his hand. There is an extra scene that cuts to the sword dropping on the ground that was not in the original movie.

When Megatron, Nitro Zeus and Barricade are standing at the stone hedges, Barricade has some extra dialog after Megatron speaks.
Original:
Barricade - I've lived for this. I've lived to kill a planet.
Megatron - For our world, I activate this portal!
The scene cuts to the helicopters and then back to Megatron.
Megatron - (Grows fiercely)
Chinese:
Barricade - I've lived for this. I've lived to kill a planet.
Megatron - For our world, I activate this portal!
Barricade - Yes! Drain Unicron! He will be powerless!

Added Scene in Chinese version: There's scene between the part where Lennox says "The operation is over" and then when it cuts to Squeaks blowing up the gun. There's a quick shot with Optimus Prime riding Dragonstorm towards the ignition chamber.

Cade throwing Vivian up at the staff: After Bumbleebee pushes Vivian up with her foot towards Cade who grabs her by the hand, you can see him shooting with his large pistol gun before he actually throws her up. In the original version, he just throws her up.

Optimus attacking Quintessa: Soon after the scene where Vivian grabbed the staff, Optimus hits Quintessa with his sword and she calls him by Nemesis along with the original dialog.
Original:
Quintessa - "You traitor!"
Chinese:
Quintessa - "Nemesis, you traitor!"
As Quintessa is shocking Optimus, his face guard is seen covering his mouth. When the scene changes to a closer view of his face, his face guard is suddenly gone. In the chinese version, the face guard remains withdrawn throughout the scene.
And after Optimus says "Say hello to my friend, Bumblebee" and Bee shoots Quintessa, there is no scream before she disappears. Bee also adds an I to the beginning of his sentence.
Original:
Bumblebee - "Sting like a Bee".
Chinese:
Bumblebee - "I sting like a Bee".
