                            Gale? Hello??-Taylor

Gale -  because. I do. Please don't let her know that you know she's one of them.. I  care about you too much to lose you..

************************************"What's wrong Taylor?" I quickly looked up at daisy  to see her kind of nervous.
"Nothing, I'm just kinda.. tired."  She nodded and we went to get coffee.

"Hey T, how are you doing?" Lisa asked with a big grin.

"I'm doing fine, thanks for asking.  Can I  have my usual Frappuccino please?"
She nodded and wrote down a few words on a plastic cup.

"And you?" She looked at daisy  and smiled.

"Plain black coffee please." That was the weirdest  thing about today, she hated black coffee, especially  plain!

I paid for our drinks and sat down at a table. I started to look around and I saw something that  popped out to me.  A sign on  the window:

Run into our coffee shop!
Meet our owner, She's  got the best smile.  Coming  soon, milky way Frappuccino!

Weird. I don't  remember  that being there when  I  came in. I saw some words were bold.. Run she's coming
But who? Who am I  running from?
I looked over to the counter where our drinks were and Daisy was gone. I walked to the counter and got my drink then went outside to see if daisy was there. She wasn't, and I  remembered Gale telling me not to let her know I knew who she was.

My mom didn't  actually need me, I just needed to get out of there fast.
I wanted to call Gale because I missed him and I felt bad for yelling at him  yesterday.. but first I needed to get home.

I went to my room and fell onto my bed. I looked at my phone and went to my contacts. I scrolled down to Gale and looked at his picture for contacts

It was the first year of highschool and we went to the beach. We were playing like tug of war and I was kinda winning.
Anywho. I dialed Gale's number.

"Gale?"

"Hey T, what's up?"
I sorta started to cry.

"I..I miss you Gale. I'm really sorry for yelling at you and stuff but.. can you come over? I  wanna talk."

"Don't  cry T, it's ok. I'll  be there in a bit." I could tell he felt bad that I was crying because his voice was shaking.

"Bye Gale.."

I wondered if he knew what I  did. Maybe he knew who everyone else was too? Omg. What if he knew where Diane was!! I had to find out.
A few minutes  later I heard a knock on the door. I looked through the peep hole and saw Gale.

Gale Pov

I walked up to Taylor's  door and knocked. When she opened it up I stared at her pale face.
"How are y-" before I could finish my sentence she hugged me and dragged me to her room. She sat me down on her black and white bed and went to a drawer. Without saying a word she picked up a note  and handed it to me.  While I looked at it she paced around the room with her hands on her head.
It was Diane  in a barn with knives at her face.. telling her about how not all friends  are who they seem. Shocked, I pulled  her into a hug.

"Taylor we will get her back. Don't worry, I'll be by your side no matter what."
She looked up at me and smiled.
"I love y-" she stopped herself. "I love your hair." She pushed me away and nervously  looked away.
I giggled. Being my only real friend I was happy she called me.

"Do you know Gale?" She whispered.

"Hmm?" I asked confused.

"Nothing." She whispered back.

I wish I could stay with her for a long time.. I  wish we could get Diane  back.

"Taylor."

"Yes Gale? "

"I know what you did"
