Charlie is a very outgoing and wild guy. He likes to go out and be reckless and just have fun. He hates when other try to control him and change him into being a different person than who he actually is. He's never really had a real relationship because he's never been able to settle down with someone but he's hoping that'll change soon. Charlie is extremely charming and flirty and he can come off as a player at times but he really isn't. He cares about other people's feeling more than his own anf always likes to put other's first before himself.
