^picture is not mine. but this is where I got the idea for the story :)
Hoseok quickly packed up his bag and slung it over his bag before looking out the window.
He sighed once he saw how heavily the rain was pouring
Taehyung was waiting
He pouted slightly thinking of his boy friend who was probably at home waiting for him. It wouldn't hurt to run home right? Rain wasn't much of a problem for Hoseok anyways, in fact he loved the rain. It made him feel relaxed and grounded.
While his boyfriend, Taehyung felt the complete opposite. He hated the rain, he thought it was messy and very chaotic. Taehyung only hated the rain when he was outside. But when he was inside the house, he loved the rain.
Hoseok was very lucky to have brought an umbrella earlier, it has been pouring cats and dogs for the past few days now. He arrived at the main entrance of his school and opening his umbrella before going into the rain.
He walked quickly trying to avoid bumping into any students while doing so.
One of the reasons he loved the rain because of movies. Watching movies while the rain was background music? Simply heaven for Jung Hoseok.
He hummed slightly while looking around, he decided to loosen his pace a bit to enjoy the busy sight while he completely forgot about his boyfriend who was waiting for him at home.
Tall buildings were everywhere, as expected of a large city like Seoul. Diners were absolutely everywhere. Especially hotels. Hoseok loved Seoul. He loved the life it held which would always pump up Hoseok's energy, he also loved the variety of foods it held don't even get him started on the malls.
But one thing he disliked was the crime that was lately happening all over the city. It was normal for a big city but of course he couldn't stop himself from actually being scared. One more fact about him was, he was a bit of a scaredy cat. He hated horror movies and scary rides and snakes. He despised them.
Hoseok was suddenly cut out of his thoughts when the sounds of strangled cries reached his ears, he looked to the right where the sounds were coming from. There was an alleyway, he frowned. He inched closer to where the sounds were coming from.
The sounds sounded like they were from babies. He slowly walked forward, passing by a dumpster he looked beside it. He gasped softly when he saw a brown box. It was open and inside was two baby hybrids.
One had messy pink hair, while kitten ears were flat against his head. His big doe eyes held terror and they looked really tired. He was shaking while he held another baby, the other one was brown haired. His eyes were doe like, just like the other one. He looked very scared while his bunny ears were shaking, the two babies were sobbing
"Oh my god." Hoseok said while his heart clenched with sympathy, he crouched in front of the two shivering hybrids
"Poor sweet little things." Hoseok mumbled while holding his hands out as if inviting the two to climb on him. He somehow managed to balance his umbrella on his shoulder while doing so.
The pink haired one, which was a kitten hybrid, looked at Hoseok with wide eyes.
"It's okay, I'm gonna take care of you." Hoseok said, smiling sweetly. Somehow, the sweet smile drew the kitten hybrid in. He shook the brown haired one, the bunny hybrid looked up his eyes almost shaped like circles.
The pink haired clambered unto Hoseok's right arm, he held tightly unto Hoseok. The bunny hybrid looked scared while he looked at the hybrid on Hoseok's right arm.
"Come on." Hoseok said holding his left arm for the bunny hybrid to go on.
Shakily, the bunny hybrid climbed on Hoseok snuggling his face into Hoseok's chest.
Hoseok silently cooed at how cute the two were, snuggled against his chest.
He held the two close just like how a mother would hold her baby and shook the umbrella off him. His apartment was five minutes away, three minutes if he ran.
So he jogged to the complex while keeping the two hybrids close to him making sure they don't get very wet by the rain.
