There was an orphanage near the house of the Scythe. Rowan Scythe wanted to have a baby but she didn't. So she got angry and then planed to adopt babies to abuse. So she did. The baby was only an infant so she adopted an older one. Ricky Scythe was abuse the baby and the boy. When the kids got older they knew that this isn't right. So the kids decided to move away when they get older. A few years past then they moved away. They got separated but they still cared about each other so they kept in touched. The girl lived in a apartment in Los Angeles, California.
The boy lived in Saskatchewan.
