"How did you-" he cuts me off
"You're not the only person who sees the numbers," he explains.
"How many?" I stammer out.
"Just us, I know a few other people with similar talents though. But ours is cooler," he smiles.
"You think this is cool?! I hate this! I live knowing that I cant get attached to anyone with dates that are coming up!" I exclaim frustrated with the unknown boy.
"You've never tried saving people?"
"You can save people?!"
"I don't know," he admits, "I've never accomplished it before, but I have tried. She died anyways," a slight tear forms in his eye but he quickly blinks it away, he's trying to be strong, but he's failing and I can tell. There was only one thing I could do. I took a pencil and a small piece of paper and wrote something quickly. I hand it to the boy.
"I'm Caria by the way," I point to the paper, "that's for if you ever want to talk about what happened.
Before he can respond class starts, I smile to myself knowing that I utterly confused the boy. Class drones on and I wish I could go home and watch TV. To avoid social interaction with anyone I leave the classroom as soon as the bell rings. I weave through the hallways until I make it to my next class.
It may be the start of the year, but I know this teacher let's you on your phone if you're early to class. I slide into a seat and pull out my phone. 2 text messages. 1 from my mom asking how my day was, and one from an unknown number.
I'm stupid okay? I answered the text from the unknown number, only because I thought I knew who it was.
Unknown: I'm stalking you
Me: that's nice, who are you
Unknown: a stalker
Me: no, who are you
Unknown: hot
Me: you never told me your name dingus!
Unknown: oh, right, it's Ben
Me: great
Unknown: I saw you roll eyes when I texted 'hot' btw
Me: how did you?
Unknown: like I said, I'm stalking you
Me: are you really? Cuz that's messed up, in multiple different ways
Unknown: maybe if you look up from your darn phone you'll see what I mean
That confused me, but I looked up anyways. I squeaked and almost dropped my phone when I saw Ben's blue eyes staring back at me. "Do you even have this class?!"
"Nope," he laughs before leaving the classroom and bolting down the hallway.
"There is something strange about him," I mutter before turning my attention back to the class that would be starting soon.

Ayyeee it's FC again, this chapter sucks, I'm tired, kinda hungry, and sad about MCR, translation it's a normal day in the life of FC. Idk what I'm doing anymore, no one is ever on this account besides me so I'm the only one writing this book. Meh *insert shrug here*Until next time, so long and goodnight
