Jax gets added to a group chat with 3 other numbers that she doesn't recognize...who are they? and why is she in this chat?
For any WATERPARKS fans- I'm setting this story when they were all teenagers, I know they are currently in their 20's
As I got off the bus, my phone went off. Who was texting me right as I got home? I chose to ignore it and go get a snack, dropping my backpack off in my bedroom.
I made myself a Hot Pocket™ and walked back to my bedroom to check my phone. I turned it on and saw that I had 4 messages?

Unknown: hey y'all!
Unknown: hey
Unknown: hey!!
Unknown: Awsten, why are there 4 numbers instead of 3? I thought it would just be us? Who else did you add??
Just then, another message came in.
Unknown: I couldn't remember Geoff's number so I added both of the ones I thought it was and hoped one of them was him :P
Me: um, hi?
Unknown: hello random person that none of us know!
Me: yeah, so who are you guys?
Unknown: I'm Awsten
Unknown: my name's Geoff, pronounced "Jeff"
Unknown: and I am Otto
Me: hello Awsten, Geoff, and Otto. Well as long as you guys aren't creepy stalker/rapist guys then I'll keep talking to y'all ;-)
Awsten: I'm a bean lol
Otto: I'm not creepy and I'm a virgin...haha
Geoff: while I am the oldest, I wouldn't do anything you wouldn't want
Awsten: so what is your name mystery person?
Me: I'm Jax, I know I have a boy name but I'm a girl
Awsten: may we see what this Jax character looks like?
Me: after I see what you guys look like
Awsten: I'm the blue haired one, Geoff is the one with the grey and blue shirt, and the one in the flannel is Otto

Me: haha. How old are you guys?
Awsten: 16 years of age
Otto: just turned 17
Geoff: 18
Me: hey! Awsten, you're the same age as me!!
Geoff: damnit!
Awsten: cool!
Me: it's 11pm. How did that happen? Haha
Awsten: you should go to sleep love
Me: I guess I'll try but if my insomnia attacks, will you guys be here?
Otto: until about 2 I'd say
Awsten: yeah, we don't sleep early haha
Geoff: goodnight beautiful
Me: wait, can we do a group call? I can't really sleep...
Awsten: yes!!!
I called them.
"Hello!" Said an excited Awsten.
"Hi! I'm guessing from the excitement in your voice, this is Awsten." I replied.
"Yep, he's way too excited about this." Said a deeper voice.
"Geoff?" I asked hesitantly afraid I would offend Otto if it was him.
"Yeah." Geoff said.
"Otto?" I said into the phone.
"Hello lovely Jax." Otto said.
We talked for another hour and I ended up falling asleep on the phone. These guys are great. I hope they don't turn out like the other people I meet online, although technically I didn't meet them online but I haven't met them in person.
