Chapter 14

We all go up to the counter, and I hear gasps, and squeals coming from behind. I roll my eyes.

The fans have found us.

Niall brings me closer to him, Liam doing the same. "This is what we get for trying to have fun," Niall mutters, and I nod in agreement. I would hate to be famous, it seems so stressful you know?

"Umm, can we just do a game with us four?" Liam asks the lady up front, and she nods. "Thats fine," she stutters while talking to Liam. She must be a fan. "Here are your passes," she says while handing us the cards. "Now I just need a nickname that you want to be known as,"

"Hmm. Umm," Niall says putting a finger to his lips tapping lightly.

"I got it! Sexy Mofo please?" he asks, and I giggle while the girl puts the name in. "Next?" she asks, and I walk up. "Queen Fangirl please," she nods while I step back besides Niall. "Queen Fangirl?" he asks, and I look up at him.

"Sexy Mofo?"

"Haha touché," he says holding my hand. Liam is the Spoon Killer, and Meghan is The Princess. "Alright now how are the teams going to be set up?" she asks, and I bolt up to Meghan's side. Niall pretends to be hurt while Liam clutches his chest. I chuckle then smirk towards the guys.

"Boys versus girls?" I ask, and they all nod their heads.

"Your on!" Niall exclaims shaking my hand in agreement.

We go into our rooms. The boys on the right, the girls on the left. I get suite up, and look over at Meghan. She is just standing there terrified. I walk up to her giving her yet another hug. "Meghan. It's going to be okay. I know this brings back bad memories but you need to get over this. That was 7 years ago," I whisper to her, and I hear her sniffle.

"I know, and I try but that. That. Witch! She did permanent damage to my eye, now I have to wear one contact, or half of glasses." she gives me a weary smile. "I'm just shaky," she whispers, and I nod. "I feel your pain sista, but lets just have fun okay?" i ask her nudging her with my elbow. She smiles, then nods.

"Okay, lets beat our dates!"

We get to the starting area waiting for the countdown/buzzer to go off. "May the best gender win!" I yell across the 'battlefield' while cupping my mouth to project the sound. "Your on!" I hear Liam yell back. I smirk while looking at the countdown.

*BUZZER SOUND*

Me, and Meghan idmeatly get to higher grounds. This is the best way to take advantage over the guys. "Meghan," I whisper calling her over. She comes over. "Lets split up. It will be part of our advantage over them. Okay?" She nods, I go left, and she goes right.

"Now where are they?" I whisper to myself.

Niall's P.O.V.

The countdown goes off, and I just go to the corner. "Ni, we gotta go, or the girls will get more points than us when you are just sitting on the ground," daddy direction says, and I roll my eyes. "Whatever," i say getting up, and climbing up the stairs.

He grabs my arm, and yanks me down from the stairs. "Niall, we can't go that way. Look," he says pointing towards the stairs, and Emmalee is right there.

"Why can't we get her right now?" I ask him pointing my gun towards the blinking light. That is where you need to shoot someone, to score points. "Not yet," he says leading me towards a pillar. I go behind one, and he goes to the one to the right of me.

"Now, lets wait until one of them comes by. Then we will get them," He says smirking, and I smirk too. This is like the wild. We are the predators, and they are the prey.

Ooo speaking of that, i am hungry. "Liam," i whisper yell, and he turns to look at me. "What?" he whisper yells back. "Im hu-," before i could finish i heard a beeping sound coming off of my vest. I look down at the 'core' and see it flashing.

"Dammit Liam! I've been hit!" They found us. Liam is just shaking his head, and walks towards the middle. I walk around, and fin the stairs. I go up it pointing my gun up.

It's like Call of Duty all over again.

I finally get up the stairs looking around. I see a flashing light in the distance. Bingo.

I head towards it preparing for any battle to commence. I see brunette hair from behind a tube. I approach it stealthily, and cautiously. She then stands up regretting that thought.

I shoot her, and her 'core' starts the blink like crazy. "Yes!" I exclaim, and Emmalee looks down shaking her head.

"Ugh! Niall!" she says, while stomping off towards the opposite direction.

Comedy gold...

After what seems like an hour the lights turn on, and Bob gets on the speaker. "Alright ladies, and gents games over. Report the the exit. Just follow the arrows on the ground They will lead you the way,"

I get out the exit first huffing, and puffing. That was a good game. Liam came out next, he looked exhausted too. I feel hot, and I can feel sweat dripping down my face. The girls come out together, they are exhausted as well. "Niall, look at how sweaty you are!" Emmalee says in disgust, and I came up with yet another one of my brilliant ideas.

I go up to her, and squeeze her in a hug. It toke her off guard, when she squeaked at the impact. I hear laughs from around me, and I tighten the hug. but not too tight.

"Niall, your sweaty get off of me!" She yells, and I smile. 'The sweatier the better. Right?"I ask, and she tries to get out of my grip while squirming around. But the best part of being a man, is that you are stronger than the average girl. Haha finally!

"Ni-bear can you please get off? Pretty pwease?" She asks while popping out her bottom lip and having pupping dog eyes. Awe she is so cute.

I let her go, and she lets out a puff of air.

"Hey guys come over here!" Meghan yells for us to come over, and I go up to her with Emm. I look at the T.V. over-head showing the scores we had made. We all gasp while looking at the scores.

It was a tie.
