(Narrator's p.o.v.)
You are childhood friends with Kony but since high school, you had developed feelings for him. It was kind of a problem for you because whenever he would get close to you or hug you, you could only hope that he wouldn't notice your awkwardness or your tomato red face.
One day, you are just taking a break on the sofa after you recorded a collaboration with him. Yes, you're an utaite too. Kony casually sits next to you and looks at you.
'Oh no, he's gonna notice my blush,' you thought to yourself.
"____-chan," he starts.
"Yeah?", you reply.
"I noticed that when I get close to you, you look uncomfortable...", he trails off.
You are about to reply but he continues.
"You know, if you hate me or if you want me to stay away, you can tell me," he says sadly.
You begin to panic. It's not like that at all.
"K-kony-kun, i-it's not that....I just...", you say totally panicking and being nervous.
"It's just what?", he asks calmly.
It's now or never. This could ruin your friendship but you couldn't risk making Kony sad.
"I-I'm in love with you! Okay?! Please don't think I hate you," you say about to cry of embarrassment.
You look to see Kony's shocked face. This makes you more embarrassed and tears begin to form in your eyes. Then, he hugs you.
"Aww ____-chan, don't cry," he says gently as he strokes your hair,"I love you too."
You are surprised. Never in a million years had you thought that he would love you back. Both of you slowly pull away and Kony caresses your cheek.
"May I?", he asks with a smile.
You nod.
Then, he starts leaning in.
