Chapter 3
A/N: Let me just say this. Music. Is. My. Life. In class they don't let you listen to music while your working and it KILLS ME!!!!! Ok done ranting. On with the story!

Penn's POV
After I finished making the eggs, all my friends and I sat down on the couch and put "Labyrinth" into the DVD player. After awhile, we got bored and all my friends say they have to leave. After awhile it's just me and Luce.
"Hey, Penn. Do you want to help me pack? I have to go to dance class."
"Sure. I know you have a lot of stuff to pack."
I pause the movie and go upstairs with Luce and helped her pack while she got ready for her dance class. After I packed her stuff, I brought them downstairs, staggering under the weight of them. I finally fit them in the the trunk and she comes downstairs in her dance stuff. She hops in the front seat of the car and starts the car.
"See ya, Penn."
"Bye." I shout as she drives off.
After she leaves, I go inside and turn on my ps3 so I can play dark souls.(Dark souls. The game were throwing you're controller saves your life) After I've died an excessive amount of times and head a couple rage moments, I decide that its time for lunch. I get a bowl of yogurt with frozen blueberries in it and a root beer. I get my macbook air, log in and get into Youtube. I see that Markiplier has uploaded a new goat simulator, Pewdie has uploaded a new Just cause 2 and Minx has uploaded a new TTT. I watch a few videos and ten go into my email. I see a new email from my parents asking me how I am and stuff like that. I reply, close my email and open up disco dodgeball. I play for a while then turn my laptop off and decide that I need a nap. I go upstairs and lay down in bed. I sigh and close my eyes.
Ravenfeather's POV
*Dreamland*
I'm in the forest. It's a nice day. Then a mouse scurries right by me. I jump up and start chasing it. I go deeper and deeper into the forest. Then the forest starts burning. Trees are falling all around me.
"HELP ME!!!!" I yowl hoping someone will hear
Then, a burning branch falls and hits my tail and burns right through my fur. I yowl in pain and keep running until I come to a dead end. I hear a cracking sound coming from above me. I look up and see a large log coming down to crush me.
*no more dreamland*
I wake with a start and realize that one, no one is in the warriors den and two, the barn is on fire. I quickly run out to find that the only way out of the barn is blocked. Every cat is trying to stay away from the fire.
"Ravenfeather! Go get help!" Featherwing yells to me.
I run to the entrance to the barn and see a small hole at the bottom of the pile of wood planks from the roof. I sneak trough the hole, burning my fur a bit, and run to the house were the live. I know that the only person in the house is the girl that comes to see us, so I figure that she will help us. I get to the house and go in through the hole that the mice made and we made bigger, and run all over the house. I don't see anyone until I get to a room that has a human sleeping in it. I yowl and make a racket to try to walk the human up. When I finally do, I whisper help, even though I know the human can't understand me. After she gets up, O run to the window and look at the barn. She looks at me funny but I ignore it. Then she sees the barn and runs outside.
Penn's POV
I'm woken by one of the cats that lives in the barn. I look at him and mumble. Then, I swear that I hear the cat say help. I look at him funny as he runs to the window and makes even more noise. Then I see the barn. It's on fire! I grab a couple baskets on my way outside, so I can get the cats inside out. I also grab an axe because the entrance is blocked and I need to get in and save all the animals. I run to the barn and hit the walk a few times with the axe. I brakes down after only a few hits because its fragile from the fire. I run inside and untie all of the horses, letting them out. I open the pig pen and the chicken coop. Then I run to where I know the cats live. I see them all hiding. I go to where all the mothers and kittens are and try to get them on the baskets first.
"Hey! Come here! Please get in the basket!" I say, not expecting the cats to budge. But they do come out.
"Thanks" says the mother cat. I don't take any notice because I need to hurry and get the rest of the cats out.
I go in and out of the burning building many times. After I get all of the cats out, I herd them into the house. I shut them in the house, then go outside and put the horses and pigs in the pen. I put the chickens in the out door coop. Then I go back inside. I'm starting to cough. A lot. Darn. I must have gotten the smoke in my lungs. I go to the phone and call 911. I tell them about the fire as best I can while I'm coughing. I hang up and call my parents about the fire. They volunteer to come home on the first flight but I say no. Anyways, there is a hurricane heading right for the area my parents are staying at. I would rather them be there at a safe house, than the airport. I hang up with my parents and plop on the couch. Then one of the cats comes up to me.
"Thank you for saving us. My name is Mossstar." Says the cat
"AHHHHH! HOW CAN YOU TALK TO ME?!" I shout in surprise and amazement.
"Wait. You can understand me?!" Mossstar says, in disbelief.
"Yes, I can, *cough**cough*But why?" I ask as I cough.
"I-I don't know." Mossstar stutters.
"Well, lets not go into details then. My name is Penn."
Then all of the cats come up and introduce themselves. The black cat that woke me up is named Ravenfeather and his mate is named Featherwing and there kittens or as they call them kits, are named Sugarkit, Spicekit and Cloudkit. I pet and talk with the cats for awhile and they tell my the workings of their Clan. There's the Medicine cat, the leader, the deputy, the queens, the elders, the apprentices, the kits and the warriors. After awhile I get up to go get a drink of water. I get up and take a few steps, then everything goes black.
A/N: So, hows that for a cliffhanger. I know, I know. I haven't been updating but as I explained, I've had a major case of writers block and haven't wanted to write very much. And also, wattpad decided to take the paragraph that I had written (and that I though had saved) and delete it. So I had to rewrite the paragraph. Grrr. Anyway, I hope you like this chapter.
