Weeks have past and I can't help but keep glancing at the album with Jungkook and Yoongi's number.

Should I give them a call?
Maybe they already forgot about me. . .did they?

"Y/N! Joshua's here to see you!" My mom shouted as I felt a shiver down my spine.
What is he doing here? I thought he had a date with his girlfriend.

"I'm coming!" I shout back as a reply and run down the stairs.
I enter the living room and see Josh sitting on the couch, his head hanged low and his expression was blank.

"What's wrong Josh?" I ask as I sit by his side, by analyzing his behavior I could tell something just wasn't right.

"Josh?" I cock my head to the side and brush his light brown locks back with my hand. "Are you alright?"

. . .
Again. No answer.

"I'll get you something to drink. You want cola?" I wait for his response which took about five seconds. "Yes. . .please."

Even though he feels down, he's still a gentleman.

I nod and make way to the kitchen fridge. I take out the coolly stored drink and hand it to Josh.
He gulps it down slowly and enjoys his most precious beverage.

As you know Joshua has this passion for cola.
Heck, his whole group of friends love it!
If they'd have to buy only one thing from the convenience store, it would be no other than coca-cola.

I slowly sit back down and start asking questions. "Alright gentlemen Joshua Hong, did you fail a class and that's why you're so gloomy?"

". . .no"

"Did you lose your Pokémon cards?"

". . .yes but I found them this morning. . .it was under my bed. . ."

"Great, then you shouldn't be glo--"

"She cheated on me."

"Ohhh. . .wai-- WHAT?! She cheated on you?! How could she?! She's gonna get a piece of me!"

I'm a very shy and calm person, however when someone messes with my friend, I make a 180 turn and I'm now the devil.

Joshua's expressionless face was soon replaced by a broken, fragile and sad expression. He had tears running down his face and I. . .felt frustrated.

Why can she get away with this? I trusted her with my best friend. . .and she does this in return?

I wrap my arms around Josh and rub his back. "Joshua. . .she doesn't deserve you anyways, you're way better that her and, besides, it's her loss not yours."

He stays silent for a few moments and smiles a little.

"Thanks Y/N. . .well maybe I should go back it's getting quite dark."

I look out the window and noticed that the sun was already setting. "Sure, I'll see you tomorrow?"

His lips curve upward and he nods. "Of course"

He makes way out of the house and waves me good bye.

I wave back and told him to text me when he gets home.
He gives me a thumbs up and goes out.

I look down and start thinking out loud.
"I still need to know why she cheated on him, whoever she cheated with will also have a beating from me. . ."

I get back to my house and slump down on my bed. Why did Kate have to cheat on me?

I thought I always treated her right. . .was I not enough?

"Joshua. . .she doesn't deserve you anyways, you're way better that her and, besides, it's her loss not yours."

Y/N's words keep ringing in my head. Maybe she's right.

*Sigh*

Why couldn't you be my girlfriend instead. . .?
