Suddenly I felt a warm soft sensation touch my forehead "She's cold" my mother says. I wondered where I was and then I felt a sudden urge to open my eyes, and a tingling sense filled my being and I awoke to bright lights and people rushing into and out of the room calling for nurses and doctors.

"Grace baby! It's mummy darling, how are you feeling?" A woman with long blonde hair hovered over me with red rings around her eyes as if she had been crying and lacking sleep.
"Mum? Where are we?" I'm confused and want answers.
"The hospital love, y.. you have been in a coma for several weeks"
"What!?" I struggle up only to collapse back down in agony. I look down at my left hand, I've got one of those identification bands with my name on it tightly wrapped around my wrist, as I stare at it I feel as if it's getting tighter

"Stop!" I scream, his hands pin me down onto the cold floor by my wrists, tightening until it feels like the blood flow through my arm has slowed to a stop, a sudden release and I gasp.

The wrist band falls to the floor after I yanked it of my wrist "I'm sorry, it was too tight" I say. I slowly tried to turn my body onto my side so I could get comfortable but my ribs ached all too much to move. Doctors continued to come and go, asking questions and constantly checking my pain level, it was almost impossible to sleep, with the constant buzzing from the machines connected to IV's and the chatter of people passing by outside the room.
