Caroline gives in

Klaus's POV
Hope just went to lay down with Elena for a nap. I loved how she was so attached to her but it would hurt Hope if Elena and Caroline left. Caroline had just put her girls down for a nap as well. She walked back down the stairs and sat down beside me. We needed to talk about that kiss yesterday even though I loved it I don't want to be her rebound I love her with all of my heart she's not a cheap whore and I have my daughter to think of as well. She turned to look at me she knew we needed to talk too. I looked at her and man was she beautiful. She wasn't just full of light she was the light. She said "I don't regret the kiss" that caught me by surprise so I said
Me: neither do I I just don't want to be your rebound I have Hope to think of and she gets attached really easily.
Caroline: your not my rebound at all I just don't know what to do because after that thing in the woods I figured I'd never see you again.
Me: what thing in the woods Love you mean the mind blowing sex.
Caroline: yes Klaus that's what I mean but what do we do now.
Me: Let's take it one step at a time.
I leaned closer to her and kissed her shoulder and said step one, kissed her neck and said step 2, I the. lifted her shirt over her head and said step 3. Her heart rate quickened so I grabbed her waist and brought my lips to hers. She climbed in my lap and straddled me. I had never been nervous with a girl but she was a different story. I took back control and laid her down on the couch. All I really remember from there was her screaming my name at the top of her lungs as she came. I took her up to my bedroom and let her sleep after that. I immediately called a furniture store to get a new couch. I ended up getting that couch taken to my bedroom. I got a beige and gray living room suit. I then went upstairs to check on Hope she was tangled between Elena and Elijah I loved how she took so nicely to Elena. She was the one thing that held most of my heart.
Elijah's POV
I knew what Klaus and Caroline were doing I wasn't stupid. I'm a thousand years old for god sakes. I wasn't sleepy but I went to lay down beside Hope. When I woke up Elena wasn't in bed neither was Hope. I wondered how long I had slept. I got up and fixed my hair and put my suit jacket on and walked downstairs. Elena had Hope, Josie, and Lizzie. I quickly made the assumption that Caroline was still asleep after what happened. I walked over to the kitchen to get a drink of water and walked back over to the living area. I noticed how truly and genuinely beautiful Elena is she deserved to have anything she wanted in life. I was yanked out of my thoughts by Niklaus walking down the stairs, I immediately noticed his attire a ball suit. He turned his attention to me with a pointed look and said "Elijah you must get ready for a last minute charity fundraiser our family has been invited to attend, Caroline is upstairs getting dressed in a dress supplied by me, I expect you will find Miss Gilbert one Elijah." I replied with a nod yes he then directed his attention to Elena "Caroline asked me to see if you will get one of tje girls ready while I get one ready when she is done she will tend to the other." Elena then turned to look at me and asked me to please find her a dress and that if Josie and Lizze could each borrow one of Hope's dresses I pf coursereplied with a ues and we ventured off to get ready. Klaus went to Hope's room and got three dresses then done something I never expected him to do he begged Elena to get tje girls dressed and hair fixed he was horrible at it as was I. Elena as expected said yes. Within Ten minutes she had all three of the girls ready and went to get herself ready. About the same time Caroline came downstairs she looked enchanting with a black gown with white embellishments but I don't think she looked as stunning to me as she did Niklaus. He met her halfway down and offered his arm the rest of the walk. Her two little girls immediately ran to her with hugs. Hope just went to her father. She was dressed in her signature color blue and gray while Josie and Lizzie were dressed in pink and purple. I heard the sound of heels on the staircase and looked up Elena was dressed in a blue dress a little darker than Hope's with her hair tied back in a bun with two stray curls on either side of her face. She was so beautiful. Nik spoke just then we were gonna be late if we didn't get going now. We took two vehicles Elena, Hope, and I in one with Nik, Caroline, and the twins in one. When we pulled up at the mansion there were people still going in therefore we weren't as late as we had thought. We all got out and fixed our attire, about the time we went to walk in a grey Porsche drove up and out stepped a person I had known through ups and downs through life. My little sister, the one, the only, Rebekah Mikaelson.
