If your a human and your a member of NEST then just go put eggs in Colonel Lennox' hair.You do that and you and Epps will get along just fine,but you'll have a hard time with Lennox.
If your an Autobot then your probably scaring some of the new recruits,but it's okay cause that only means you love them(I think...)
If your a Decpepticon or some random human civilian then you can come into the base if invited by an Autobot or for Decepticons you can storm the base if you wish but I can't promise that you won't come back with any missing limbs or optics.
