Snakes(Yoonseok/Sope)

Snakes

        Jung Hoseok was an explorer. Anything that screamed adventure had always called out to him. Although fearful of certain things, Hoseok always found his way around his fear and prospered. One thing that he could never seem to get over was his fear of snakes. Ever since Hoseok was a young boy he was terrified that the reptiles that lived in his very backyard. Whenever he explored the beauty of nature Hoseok always kept an eye out for the creatures that caused most of his nightmares.

Currently the young male was on vacation in a small island that was unknown to many. The island was home to beautiful forests and jungles that Hoseok couldn't wait to explore.

Hoseok was following a small path that seemed never ending in the giant jungle. The brown haired boy kept jumping a bit out of his own skin every time his eyes played tricks on him and he thought a vine was a snake.

His eyes wandered off the path to see the untouched beauty of the jungle. Deciding not to continue following the path he made his was in the opposite direction that the path was going in hopes of snapping a picture of undiscovered beauty.

Leaves and sticks crunched beneath his boots as birds chirped all around him. He soon found himself in a odd opening in the jungle that was surrounded by the lush plant life making it  seem private and hidden. A small creek flowed next to the hidden opening that lead into a muddy and dark cave.

Hoseok couldn't fight the curiosity that was fumbling in his stomach. Everything seemed so perfect in the space from the blooming of different varieties of exotic flowers and plants to the way the trees hid the place.

Hoseok reached into his pocket to grab his phone and turn the flashlight on so he could make his journey into the cave. Stepping a few feet into it, the walls were decorated with weird symbols. One symbol caught his eye. Walking closer with his light to get a better look something felt in front of his face.

He let out a scream once Hoseok saw two beady eyes looking back at him, it was long snake had almost landed on his head. Hoseok turned around to run only to trip over his own feet, dropping his phone and breaking it. The flashlight went off and Hoseok was stuck in a dark cave that he now knew was home to snakes.

Bringing his knees to his chest and wrapping his arms around himself he tried to calm down a rising panic attack.

A small hissing sound was heard a few feet away from Hoseok. The hissing grew louder and louder until the point he covered his ears with tears pouring out of his eyes to block the taunting noises.

Hoseok felt something start to slowly make its way up his back and around his shoulders. The weight and the movement made him scream in realization that a snake has now taken hold of him. "I'm gonna die, that's it I'm done! I'm gonna be eaten by a snake!" Hoseok thought while he started to cry harder and shake.

Small tugs were felt around his ankles and wrists as he felt himself being dragged by what seemed to be more that one snake. Hoseok started to struggle against the snakes which only made the squeeze harder to keep the grip and proceed to drag him.

After what felt like hours for Hoseok the movement stopped and he felt the snakes release him.

"Please if you're gonna eat me, eat me now!" Hoseok shouted with his eyes still shut tightly.

"Why would I eat a lowly human like you?"

Hoseoks eyes flew open in surprise at the voice and he flew back a few inches with a yelp.

A unknown male moved back to his extreme closeness to Hoseoks face staring him deep into his eyes making the brown haired boy let out a small whimper. In front of Hoseoks eyes was a green mint haired boy the seemed to glow. His eyes were sharp and looked as if they had belonged to a snake.
