THE DATE...

Naomi-

At about 5:30 I start to get ready for my date with Ratliff. He said to dress casual. I decide to let Karson do my hair and make up.

She eventually finishes makeup and moved onto my hair.

When that was finished, I chose my outfit. I went with a purple knee height dress that got longer in the back. I matched it with a pair of black sandals.

"ZAAYYYUUUMMMM GIRL!" Karson says as I walk down the stairs.

"Thanks," I smile. "I'm heading over to the Lynch's now. do you want to come?" I ask.

" I guess?!" she replies.

We walk over to their house after discovering just yesterday that they live 3 houses down from us.

soon enough we arrive at the door.

* knock knock knock*

"Hey Nami." Ratliff says as he walks me to his car.

"Hi" I say shyly.

" So I guess we are finally boyfreind and girlfreind. well I guess we only met 2 days ago but. you know."

"ya." I say.

--in the car--

N: where are we going?

R: crazy! wanna come?

N: don't even get me started

R: well then. I shall give you a hint.

N: * expectant facial expression*

R: Water

N: well that's obviously a beach

R: yep were here anyway.

--out of the car--

Ratliff grabs a basket out of the trunk and heads to the shore. he sets out a blanket and motions for me to sit down.

We sit at the edge of the shore, while Ratliff quietly hums into my ear.

His voice is so angelic its not even funny.

We sit and eat dinner as the silent sound of the waves crash on shore. this was my idea of a perfect date. Nothing could make it better.

Time seemed to stop for some time.
