Was it fun?

Summer

The Bell rung, waking the sleeping boy up from his slumber.
"Hey, Daniel. Nice that you woke up on time." Said his best friend Youngmin. "I got to go to my class first. See you later at lunch time!" The older one waved at him with a smile.

Daniel grunted. Another school day.

He sat up as soon as the Homeroom Teacher walked in, rather happy today.

"Listen up class. We have a new Student to join us. I want you all to be nice and quite, okay?" Our Teacher motioned the Student to step in.

The girl revealed herself infront of the class. Head hung low, face hidden by her long dark hair. Gripping the straps of her backpack hard while silenty bowing to the whole class.

"So this is our new Student. Her name is Ryu Jade. Be nice to her and dont disturb her during class." The Teacher motioned her to sit at the far back where the only free Seat was avaiable for her to slumb down, never lifting her head up.

Daniel who sat infront of her glanced back at her, feeling something familiar comming from the girl behind him.
The class had gone by rather fast and it was already lunch time.
That's when the Students in his class made their way towards her, wanting to greet her but before anyone could, she stood up and brushed her hair away from her face, eyeing everyone carefully.

"Where is the quitest place in this school besides the library?" She asked them all and most of them only looked at her.

Daniel turned around and looked at her, almost choking on his words.
"T-The Sky Garden is a silent place." He said and mentally punched himself in the face for stuttering.

"Thank you." with that she left the classroom.

Just when the whispers of the Students began, Youngmin appeared infront of him, snapping his fingers infront of his friends face.

Daniel looked at him.

"Dude, what's wrong?" He cocked his head slightly to the side and patted the younger one on his shoulder before pulling him up and off the chair.

"I saw her." He told Youngmin, the elder stopped in his track, turning around to look at him. "Who?"

"Her. You know who!" He whisper shouted at him. Youngmin had to think hard before his eyebrows knitted together. "When and where?"

"She is my new Classmate and she sits behind me." Youngmin heard the younger one say and sighed. "Did she recognize you?" Daniel rubbed the nape of his neck nervously. "I dont think so." both of them let out a sigh at the same time.

They don't want to remember the past they had with the girl.

"She changed a lot though." Youngmin glanced at his friend. "Like, she used to be all bright and social, right?" Daniel had a sad smile on his face to which Youngmin sighed.
"How much did she change?" Asked the older one. "Like personality wise or only look wise?"

"Both I guess. She became quite pretty I have to admit but her personality is the total opposite of her looks." Daniel looked for a vacant table so that they could seat themselves down. Finding one, he had pulled the older one with him, planting down on his seat, Youngmon doing the same.

"Does she still have that piercing stare that she used to have?" Youngmin unwrapped his sandwhich, ready to eat it. "Or did she actually kinda became soft?" Taking a sip from his peach tea, Daniel shook his head no.

"No, the stare is even more piercing than it was back then. If looks could kill she would have killed us all with her looks or her stare."

The older one raised an eyebrow at him and chukled.

"You really dont hide the fact that you find someone pretty despite them having a foul personality, do you?"

"I am just being honest here. She may have grown up now, but her personality stayed the same maybe even got worser than that and I dont talk to people like that. I am not out for just the 'Pretty Face' but also for the personality." He sighed.

"Comes from the one who has all these girls waiting for him." Youngmin let out a light laugh at his friends distressed face.

"You are the same, dont act like you are not fawned over 'Cherry Head'." Daniel ducked his head to avoid being smacked over the head by Youngmin.

"Dont call me that! It's already enough when the girls in this school do it." Youngmin rubbed his temples, trying to ease out the stress comming in from just by hearing the Nickname his fangirls had given him.

"Yeah? But we can be Peach and Cherry together. Let us be the Fruit Duo." Daniel stood up to throw away the trash both had made.

"I said stop calling me that!" Youngmin chased a running and laughing Daniel down the hallway. "Catch me if you can you red haired Alpaca!" Shouted Daniel back at his comrade.

Before Youngmin could say something back, he had crashed into someone and both of them fell.

"Ah damn. I am sorry." He apologized, he had heard the footsteps of a running Daniel comming closer but when he had looked up at the person he had crashed into, his breath suddenly got stuck in his throat and he couldn't control the fast beating of his heart anymore.

She had looked at him with no emotions in her eyes.

He watched her stand up and dust her clothings off from the dirt before extanding out a helping hand.

He hesitated.

Daniel suddenly hoisted him up again by his arms and glared at the girl, checking his friends for any possible injury before he had dragged him down the hall to their classes.

"Dont talk to her." He heard Daniel mumble to him.

He looked back at the girl, only to see the spot empty.

It's her, it is really her.

This is the first chapter of another story of mine.... sorry?

I dont know yet how the story is going to turn out and what exact genre it might have but I guess by the title and all, its going to be a little bit angsty.
