Chapter 1

GRAYSON'S POV
Me and E are sitting at this diner eating pancakes. Our waiter comes by, I never really got a chance to look at her. But when I did man I couldn't stop. She dropped her pen and bent over to get it. Oh my god. She saw me starring and said. "Hey buddy my face is up here."

So do you need anything else." E just sat there and starred at me. Then they both started laughing.

" what did I do I just like these pancakes." I stuff my face with pancakes and look at her name tag. "Sorry yes Savannah um can I get some coffee and that will be all so I can take the check."

E kicks me and I just stare at him, like what the hell. She walks away I look back at Ethan. " what the fuck why did you kick me."

ETHANS POV
" well I am not the one who is being a dick, its the only reason you are one is because you like her bro." I started laughing and Grayson just stared at savannah. "OH MY GOD DUDE" I smack him on the cheek. "Wake the fuck up she is a goddess, I am going to have her as a friend."

I look over and put my hand up. "Hey Savannah don't bring that coffee, just yourself I have to talk to you!" She laughs and starts heading her cute self over here.

"Um ya?" I look at gray and is still looking at her. "My name is Ethan and that's Grayson smiling at you when your not looking and he thinks you're cute."

"Oh really, well Ethan I'll give you guys my number and tell him that he can call me anytime  and make sure you tell him that." She looks at him and lifts up his chin. Well if he wasn't staring at her then he is now.

Grayson just smiled and he stood up and gave her a kiss on the cheek. Then walked out the door. " look your meal is on the house." He looked at me. What the hell is that guy doing.

"Thanks Savannah I will make sure that he texts you. By the way can we be like best friends." I say in a girly voice and laugh.

I leave the diner and start laughing and how Grayson didn't hear anything but he is all happy. "And why are you so happy bud and what the hell was that i have never seen you like that."

Gray looks at me and says dude she is the one. I laugh and he is just dead serious. "Damn you really like her." He shakes his head and get in the car. Oh ya he drives damn i need to get my license.  I see her walk out with regular clothes on and get to her car and drops her keys.

Grayson gets out of the car and runs to her. Oh my god. I get into the car and drive to where she parked. I get out and i see Grayson kissing savannah!

I have know idea what to do so i get in the passenger seat and wait for a second. I honk the horn and i see gray give me this "really dude why" face.

GRAYSON'S POV
Im kissing savannah oh my lord. This just happened. Ethan honks the horn. Really what the hell i was getting in the mood. " i guess your brother is anxious to get home dont you think so" as she turns back to me. "Ugh ya. I guess so, im really sorry."

"Dont be that was great and thanks for picking up my keys. Plus we can do THAT more if we hang out at my house." She winks at me and kisses me on the cheek. She gose to the window where E is at and waves bye.

We both get in our cars and we leave. Damn today was amazing. When i look at my mirror i see Savannah's car and its been like 15 minuets since we left. Dose she live close and I've never seen her. I feel really bad if thats true.

I pull into the drive way of where we live and SHE IS OUR NEIGHBOR! " DUDE WHEN DID SHE MOVE IN."
E looks at me and shrugs his shoulders. He gets out of the car and walks to her house. I shortly follow him.
"You live right next to us." She looked at us like we were weird.
SAVANNAH'S POV

"I just moved in i have a lot of unpacking to do." Grayson automatically says "we can help and we can order pizza that sound good." I smile and shake my head. They walk over to their house and i grab some stuff out of my truck.

The boys really put their work out they helped my with my exercising equipment. They called their sister to help my with my room and their mom is the sweetest. Damn do the Dolan's know how to decorate.

I got to my bed room window and its right a-crossed from Grayson's window. I see him take his shirt off and jump into bed. He grabs his phone and i feel my phone vibrate.

G: i see you looking at me. Are you okay over there you look lonely. You scared of being over there by yourself.

S: i am a little lonely but i can deal with it. Btw thanks for helping me with my house and the pizza. I have been working shifts like crazy to get this house and everything in here. 😚

G: np lil cutie. I can come over when ever you need me. Hey you wanna hang out.

S: Grayson now, its 10:00.

I look up and he is gone. I hear a knock at the door. I run down stairs and i see him walking in.

"Honey I'm home!" He screams then laughs. He looks at me and i look down. " what is there something on me."

"No you just look beautiful." He smiles and stares straight into my eyes. " gray its just silky shorts and tank." I laugh and he runs up stairs.

" come on savannah your not going to be here alone tonight." I smile and run to my room. And he just lays in my chair.

"Look i can sleep here and you got your bed. Now you wont be alone and you have me here to protect you." I smile and just sit on my bed.

I grab my phone and send him a text.

S: you not sleeping in my chair get in my bed.

G: okay but why did you text me

S: bc i was scared to say it in person.

He grabs an extra charger and plugs his phone up. I grab my covers and cover myself and plug my phone up.

"Grayson ,this has been the best day ever. Thank you. Night." I give him a kiss and turn out the light. I see him smile before the lights went out and that just made me smile even bigger.
