Well then... How should I start this out? Who am I writing to? Myself? The reader? I'm not too sure. I probably should've thought about this before I began writing.

Anyway, I've decided to start writing in a journal. I've read online that writing down your experiences and problems that you face is good for maintaining good mental health and sanity, which is something that could help out a lot considering the shit I go through every day.

Dean keeps teasing me about this. Calling it a "diary" and such. Typical. He never said that to dad when he was writing in his journal. I guess that's a bit of a different story, though, considering dad was such an intimidating person in the first place.

Not much has been happening today. Dean and I have been hanging around the bunker all day. I've been trying to find a case for a few hours and Dean has been off doing... whatever. Probably eating or watching porn... Or both. I know him too well.

I decided to take a break from finding a case for a while and write in here. I bought this journal a while back at a drug store, but I haven't had the time to write in it until now. Better late than never I guess. There's not much for me to talk about now, so I'll continue this is anything particularly interesting happens.

~

I think I found a case. A man and a woman in Stowe, Vermont were found dead in their house. No signs of break-ins. On top of that, their son, Nathan Williams, was in the house too, but he was left alive. According to the article, Nathan said that he heard his parents screams, so he ran to their room and saw a "terrifying monster" hovering over their bodies. Sounds like something worth looking at.
